Meine allgemeine Erfahrung mit der aiti-suite ist sehr positiv. Sie erweist sich tagtäglich als eine wertvolle Lösung für die sehr anspruchsvollen Anforderungen im Qualitätsmanagement in unserem stark regulierten Umfeld. Unser Unternehmen profitiert von einer höheren Effizienz und Transparenz in den Bereichen Dokumentenverwaltung, Prozessverarbeitung und Schulungsmanagement. Ein großes Plus ist die Möglichkeit, Änderungen und Anforderungen schnell umzusetzen. Die rechtssicheren Workflows sowie die Dokumentation und herstellerseitige Validierung sorgen für eine erhebliche Erleichterung im Qualitätsteam. Darüber hinaus schätze ich die Benutzerfreundlichkeit der Software. Meine Kolleginnen und Kollegen konnten von Beginn an leicht damit arbeiten, dies hat den Roll-Out immens beschleunigt. Die schnelle Implementierung und die kontinuierliche Unterstützung durch den Hersteller haben die Nutzung der Software zusätzlich erleichtert. Insgesamt empfinde ich die Software als ein robustes und effizientes Tool, das unsere Anforderungen im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements optimal erfüllt und gleichzeitig zur Verbesserung der Außendarstellung des Unternehmens beiträgt. Die aiti-suite hat zu einem deutlichen Qualitätsschub in unserem Unternehmen beigetragen.

Pros

Am besten gefällt mir an der aiti-suite die intuitive Bedienoberfläche und die mitgelieferte Validierung. Die einfache und benutzerfreundliche Gestaltung macht es für unsere Mitarbeiter leicht, sich schnell in die Software einzuarbeiten. Auch die Möglichkeit, die Validierung gleich mit der Software zu erhalten, hat sich als enormer Vorteil erwiesen. Dies erspart viel Zeit und Aufwand bei der Implementierung und gewährleistet, dass das System sofort einsatzbereit ist und den Anforderungen gerecht wird. Besonders schätze ich die Übersichtlichkeit der Software, die durch unterschiedliche Funktionen wie z.B. die "Persönliche Aufgabenbox" gegeben ist, welche es ermöglicht, alle relevanten Aufgaben auf einen Blick zu sehen und effizient abzuarbeiten.

Cons

Ein möglicher Nachteil kann sein, dass die Implementierung der aiti-suite eine intensivere Auseinandersetzung mit bestehenden Prozessen erfordert. Obwohl dies letztlich zu einer Optimierung und Digitalisierung führt, kann der initiale Aufwand hoch sein, um alle Prozesse zu prüfen und gegebenenfalls neu zu gestalten. Dieser Mehraufwand kann anfangs als zeitintensiv empfunden werden, besonders wenn bestehende Prozesse stark umgestellt werden müssen. Ein konkreter Nachteil für unser Unternehmen ist der Umstand, dass die sehr praktische Vergleichsfunktion für einzelne Dokumentversionen, erst dann voll nutzbar ist, wenn die Dokumente als Word-Dateien im System vorliegen. Aktuell liegen unsere Dokumente noch als PDFs vor. Dies bedeutet, dass diese hilfreiche Funktion noch nicht vollständig genutzt werden kann.

Ich benutze die aiti-suite täglich und sie hat meine Arbeit erheblich erleichtert. Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ist hervorragend, und alle Funktionen sind intuitiv und leicht zugänglich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support: Er ist nicht nur kompetent, sondern auch immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Probleme werden schnell gelöst und man fühlt sich als Kunde bestens betreut. Insgesamt eine großartige Software, die ich jedem nur empfehlen kann!

Pros

Die tägliche Arbeit wird damit erleichtert. Was früher mühsam dokumentiert werden musste übernimmt nun die aiti-suite für uns.

Cons

Der SOP-Guard ist optisch schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Wichtigste ist ohnehin die Funktionalität und die ist top.
