Very good experience. Great relationship with \[sensitive content hidden\] from an operations perspective regarding solutions.

Pros

Flexibility within the system directory. Medical provider tiers, data, search speed and functionality within the provider portal was exceptional.

Cons

Overall costs for portal utilization a little more than expected. Adjusted portal requests according to fees.

Pros

The ease of use and reliability of the information. Information that is not accurate is not reliable!

Cons

Logging into the system takes a quick second but that is all systems today. Just doing the authentication can take a second.
