Pros VAO is a great tool, it helps a lot in the daily order entry process, over the period we have seen a great improvement in the flow of the tool. Cons Sometimes the tool loses a parameter that has already been tested, which ends up generating rework. Order entry times could also be improved, but I understand that this process requires adjustment on both sides.
