Has an advanced EDI Module, some other modules for accounts, clients but the best part is its production module. Pros Its production module. Epicor seems to have thought of every thing to meet distribution needs and included it in a tidy package. Cons We are using the P21 suite which is catered to distribution, but we also have a fair amount of manufacturing with other entities and value-add production. They promise you the world when they come to sell you the software but once you in implementation you find out that everything they told you the software can do out of the box, is a custom modification that is going to cost you alot of money. Pros It's ability to be integrated once you have a development team to support the ecommerce integrations Cons Out of the box it is weak without a strong development team because it integrates poorly initially. Epicor has addressed those needs and provided all the functionality needed by a medical distributor. They are always focused on new technology and new features needed by their users.
