Diio se convirtió en una herramienta indispensable para nuestro equipo. Transforma las conversaciones comerciales en inteligencia accionable, lo que eleva el nivel de todo el equipo de ventas.

Pros

El feedback que entrega sobre cada interacción comercial es sorprendentemente preciso. Ayuda a los equipos a identificar qué funciona y qué no casi en tiempo real, algo que antes tomaba mucho más tiempo y esfuerzo.

Cons

Agregaría una sección o un repositorio centralizado donde el equipo pueda consolidar las mejores prácticas, los desafíos recurrentes y las objeciones más comunes. Sería el complemento perfecto para todo lo que ya hace bien.

The ability to show me the things that I’m not aware of. It’s not only a transcription, it has helped me and my team grow.

Nothing in particular. The only thing I think could be improved, understanding that it’s still a new tool, is better voice detection during in-person meetings

With so many salespeople, it's impossible to attend every meeting and know exactly what each one needs to improve. Diio helps us identify areas for improvement and understand the weaknesses our salespeople have. It's been especially helpful in cases where clients claim they were promised things that were never delivered. It's a tremendous asset to the sales process.

Pros

Diio is an incredible platform; it has helped us obtain more objective information about Sales Executive meetings. We know what happened in each video call, we know the customer's opinion, and we have feedback and recommendations regarding the salesperson's role.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike; besides, they are very flexible and incorporate suggestions made by customers.

Muy buena experiencia y muy buen UX y CX. Siempre respuesta rápida y propositiva para mejorar las cosas que consideramos que no estaban tan bien.

Pros

El recordatorio diario de acciones que debo realizar, lo fácil que es interactuar con el staff Diio, y la rápido que solucionan los problemas.

Cons

Tres principales cosas. Lo primero es que las transcripciones en principio no eran tan asertivas en cuanto a cifras y "spanglish" lo que es complicado en un rubro como el de emprendimiento donde se habla mucho de cifras y en un idioma mixto. Creo que ahí hay una oportunidad importante de seguir mejorando.. (han mejorado bastante desde que empecé a usarlo a la fecha). Lo último es que me gustaría poder revisar el video con una toma de todos los participantes y no solo con el "speaker" del momento.

En general ha sido una buena experiencia, me encantaría poder llevar las tareas de los clientes en general desde diio y que luego diio hiciera un informe del trabajo en general con ese cliente.

Pros

Me gusta en general que es una herramienta muy práctica para llevar el día a día, me gustan los recordatorios de tareas y la sección de aprendizaje. Así cómo los correos sugeridos de seguimiento.

Cons

Que habla en general de procesos de ventas pero por ejemplo yo ya trabajo con clientes de la compañía, y a veces me recomienda hacer cosas que sí hice durante la llamada, entonces siento que puede costarle un poco interpretar ciertas interacciones.

en general el valor que aporta que no me tenga que preocupar de grabar la reunión me parece util. Si se mejora la IA para preguntarle sobre la reunión y que esta referencia el momento de la reunión donde ocurre tal creo que sería mucho mas util

tener el video de la reunión me permite revisar la grabación para recordarme cosas por hacer. tambien poder preguntar sobre aquello me parece muy util

Cons

La IA que tienen muchas veces adapta la respuesta para responder mi pregunta con información que no corresponde EJ: Yo le pregunto sobre el flujo del proceso del cliente y la IA responde con el flujo de la reunión. Que no se pueda editar por parte del usuario Las notas son muy extensas y con información que no aporta valor. Si bien tienen puntos donde si vale la pena tener esa información, esta se ensucia con texto adicional que distrae de la informacion relevante.

Me simplifica muchísimo el trabajo y me ayuda a entregar feedbacks constructivos y completos según lo que puede analizar.

Pros

Sus análisis! Me sirvió mucho el chat de explorar para que me analizara respuestas. También el poder revisar el video de la reunión es ideal porque a veces se confunden los candidatos entre tantas reuniones.

Cons

Predicción en el reclutamiento. Según su propio análisis, la persona no calzaría tan bien en un cargo y nos ponía probabilidad de éxito 4/5. Además, podría quedarse más tiempo si no lo dejas pasar. A veces nos atrasábamos en partir una entrevista y diio ya no estaba! :(

La experiencia general con diio es muy positiva. La plataforma es estable y fácil de usar, y la incorporación de IA aporta un alto valor en la revisión post-sesión, especialmente para análisis, seguimiento y toma de decisiones más informadas.

Pros

Destaco especialmente la apertura del equipo a recibir feedback y su capacidad de iterar rápidamente sobre la plataforma. Se nota un foco real en la mejora continua y en resolver necesidades concretas de los usuarios.

Cons

El buscador aún puede mejorar: en algunos casos no devuelve coincidencias esperadas, lo que obliga a realizar búsquedas manuales y afecta la eficiencia en el uso diario.

Muy buena herramienta, exelente apoyo para poder hacer seguimeinto con informaicón clara y veridica.

Pros

Muy acertado al momento de tomar las notas y hacer la transcripción. Las tareas son muy útiles y el chat con inteligencia artificial es muy bueno.

Cons

no es muy intuitivo encontrar alguna reunión específico. En uuna de esas incorporar un buscador de descripción de reunión para hacer match con palabras de busqueda, por ejemplo hoy estaba buscando una reunión que se llemaba "propuesta Amesti". Sería bueno tener un buscador para busar Amesti y con eso tener los resultado relaiconado. Puede que exista la funcionalidad y la desconzoco

Diio attends our sales team meetings and does much more than summary. - Diio gives you a sales forecast of each meeting (% of succcess). - Analyzes the good and bad aspects of the meeting, recommending improvements and best practices. - Prepares a follow-up email to send to the contact after each meeting. - Diio takes note of the commitments made in meeting and reminds you each of them every day by email. - Saves the video of the meeting and allows you to share it. - You can ask Diio questions about your meetings and he answer quickly, avoiding the need to remember to search for the information you need.

Pros

The initial setup is lightning fast. Diio learns your business without any help, and after each meeting, you realize it gives better feedback.

Cons

Diio can't go to in-person meetings with you (just kidding). There's only 2 things that I'd like to do with Diio and they're not available by now: - I can't manually mark meetings that turned into sales (Diio gets that information from your CRM). - I can't invite Diio to a meeting that's already started (it must be scheduled at least a few minutes beforehand).

Positiva y completa, siendo la mejor compra que he realizado para mi trabajo.

Pros

Sin lugar a dudas, la minuta y análisis de la reunión, ya que a mi, como vendedor, me genera un buen backup de lo que fue la junta, saco cosas en limpio, recordatorios de mis tareas pendientes y también me deja el aprendizaje sobre que hice bien o sugerencias de mejora.

Cons

Algo que se podría mejorar es quizás el tema de los nombres. Al ser inteligencia artificial, se equivoca en los nombres de las empresas, ya que no todas se escriben como suena, y al no poder editarlo, a veces se manda con el nombre mal escrito
