It's good. We have got what we expected.

Pros

We were looking for a similar solution to JIRA in terms of affordability. Our project manager and business analyst were researching together for the right tool and they found Fixique. It has almost all the features that are needed for helpdesk and project management. In terms of cost and affordability: there is no hidden cost and it is more affordable than similar providers.

Cons

Well, there are not many as I can remember now. If you are looking in terms of features then it has almost all the essential features other platforms offer. However, I have used JIRA before so you might feel Fixique provides less customisation than JIRA. But believe me, there are enough customisation options available that are needed for SMEs.
