Its clear, easy to use, and clients can upload their own documents, quickly and easily. The travel alerts are useful, for when there are any changes to the schedule. Pros Vamoos keeps our client experience seamless and highly personalised from the moment they book, to when they're travelling, and long after they're home. It's everything they need, and a lot of what they might want - and the app is easy to use as an operator and as a client. While our clients are in destination, we can make sure information is instantly up to date, as well as stay in touch with the clients (meaning no need to disturb them with emails) - and then we can keep them up to date with our newest offers long after they're home again. Its a clever app and I'm proud to share it with our clients. Pros I'm newer to the travel arranger role (and industry) so I dont know what other apps are out there for travel itineraries, but I've traveled for a couple decades and I was immediately impressed with Vamoos and how simple it is to use for travel agents and clients they serve. I'm actually excited to show it off to people I know who love travel and organization and everyone is very impressed by it. Cons The one thing that I would love to change about Vamoos is how you have to attach items to each Storyboard page. I wish there was a way I could attach it and select the storyboard pages it needs to attach to, and viola, its all attached without me having to manually do it page by page. Our company provides a lot of great info to our clients and this tends to slow me down. I also don't like that I have to manually adjust the spacing when I copy/paste from an operator's itinerary. We particularly value the branded app setup, the ongoing feature development, and the API that lets us connect our booking systems directly. A solid platform that keeps improving. Pros Vamoos has transformed how we deliver itineraries to our clients. The white-label capability is excellent. We run it as our own branded app, which adds real perceived value. The API integration with our booking platform works well for pushing trip data, and the Studio features for custom documents and applications give us great flexibility. Cons It would be helpful if we could also send the notifications to individuals (not necessarily the entire group each time), and if the different options to get started (User ID, Apple or google) were displayed more equally, but these are very small observations based on the ways we do things! We mostly sell multi-location road trips and this has enhanced the quality of the product we sell. Pros Very versatile with lots of customisation options. Very attractive app which can be downloaded on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Although the cost initially seems high, the value we get is immense. There are good quality updates every so often and support is great too! Cons We did find restrictions on the style of documentation we can add but this has recently been addressed in the most epic way with a new update. Pros Vamoos has truly enhanced the product we provide our guests. We've become more efficient, and have been able to make any updates or changes in real time. The digital format has brought us into the 21st century, and our clients LOVE the interactive GPX. It took the team a little time to get fully used to it, but with a dedicated team member overseeing the setup and management, it has quickly become an efficient part of our workflow. Pros We’ve found Vamoos incredibly intuitive and efficient to use from a back-end perspective. Setting up trips is straightforward, and the platform makes it easy for us to create a richer, more engaging experience for our travellers. It has saved us a significant amount of time operationally, and we’ve already received excellent feedback from clients who appreciate how seamless and informative their trip information now feels. The customer support has also been outstanding. Peyton, in particular, has been exceptionally responsive and helpful, answering every query quickly and resolving any issues without hesitation. That level of personalised support has made a real difference to our onboarding process. As an add-on to our service, Vamoos has been a fantastic tool. It’s simple to use, handles imagery beautifully, and our clients have found it quick to download and genuinely useful while in-country. The ability to upload documents has also helped us move toward being a more paper-light company, which is a huge bonus. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the app and would highly recommend it to any travel business looking to enhance their customer experience. Cons The only limitation we’ve encountered so far is that we can't adjust the tab order. Any minor hiccups we’ve experienced have been down to user learning rather than the app itself, as we’re still fairly new to the system and finding our way around. Now with the app our clients can easily find almost all the answers they need in one place so this improved the communication we have with them reducing the times they contact us with questions. They access the app and they will likely find what they are looking for in there instead of having to contact us. Pros Thanks to the app we can have all the information we need to give our clients in one place instead of sending different documents. This is regarding our villas operation and services, location, island guide with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, things to do, points of interest, etc... Cons We find the process of updating our information on the app quite long as the documents are pdf so we have to first modify the pdf then upload it on the template and also each single booking we have already created. It would be great if there is a simpler way to do this when we need to update information.
