Pros Vamoos has transformed how we deliver itineraries to our clients. The white-label capability is excellent. We run it as our own branded app, which adds real perceived value. The API integration with our booking platform works well for pushing trip data, and the Studio features for custom documents and applications give us great flexibility. It took the team a little time to get fully used to it, but with a dedicated team member overseeing the setup and management, it has quickly become an efficient part of our workflow. Pros We’ve found Vamoos incredibly intuitive and efficient to use from a back-end perspective. Setting up trips is straightforward, and the platform makes it easy for us to create a richer, more engaging experience for our travellers. It has saved us a significant amount of time operationally, and we’ve already received excellent feedback from clients who appreciate how seamless and informative their trip information now feels. The customer support has also been outstanding. Peyton, in particular, has been exceptionally responsive and helpful, answering every query quickly and resolving any issues without hesitation. That level of personalised support has made a real difference to our onboarding process. As an add-on to our service, Vamoos has been a fantastic tool. It’s simple to use, handles imagery beautifully, and our clients have found it quick to download and genuinely useful while in-country. The ability to upload documents has also helped us move toward being a more paper-light company, which is a huge bonus. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the app and would highly recommend it to any travel business looking to enhance their customer experience. Cons The only limitation we’ve encountered so far is that we can't adjust the tab order. Any minor hiccups we’ve experienced have been down to user learning rather than the app itself, as we’re still fairly new to the system and finding our way around. They access the app and they will likely find what they are looking for in there instead of having to contact us. Pros Thanks to the app we can have all the information we need to give our clients in one place instead of sending different documents. This is regarding our villas operation and services, location, island guide with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, things to do, points of interest, etc... Cons We find the process of updating our information on the app quite long as the documents are pdf so we have to first modify the pdf then upload it on the template and also each single booking we have already created. Excellent service from start to finish and has become an integral part of our day-to-day business model. Our clients often mention it in feedback - they love it! Pros As a small tour operator it allows us to deliver a huge amount of essential information to our clients in a highly efficient and professional way - it also has a real 'wow' factor which, as they receive it upon booking, gives our customers a fantastic first impression! The app is easy to use for clients and in the back office and the customer support is second to none. Implementation and training have been no problem at all and there are helpful videos on-line for new starters to learn the more 'exotic' functions. Over the years they've added a lot of features whilst keeping the user interface simple - no small challenge I'm sure! Cons I wouldn't say it's a negative but you do need to think about how best to populate the app and prepare material accordingly. For us that's been an organic process and to start with we were quickly able to load our existing destination info onto the app in pdf form. Pros Very easy to update/upload travel information once it has been turned into a PDF Doc and send updates when groups are travelling. Cons I would like to see a summary of the itinerary on one page so that you have a high level view of what the trip is about. The Storyboard has been confusing to work with. ie how much information to put into each day but without it being overwhelming to clients. Hard to find really good high res pictures without costing a lot to subscribe to galleries.
