I can count on one hand SaaS company owners, and I own a lot of licenses, where the CEOs are very approachable and responsive. \[sensitive content hidden\] from Zylvie is one of those exceptions. Although he's far more talented than me, he reminds me a little bit of me. It feels like his business is more than "just a business" he cares about it deeply that's the sense I get. I would encourage anyone to try it. Worse case scenario, you walk away and get a refund or use a free plan.So, I would not hesitate to recommend. Pros Very easy to use. It's very affordable given the amount of features you get and the fact that there's no transaction fee on the plan that I'm on. Cons Although the product is not designed to be a website builder and I respect that, sometimes it would be nice to have some website builder features. Beyond that it does what it needs to do. Alternatives considered [Pabbly Subscriptions](https://www.capterra.com/p/166386/Pabbly-Subscriptions/) Reasons for choosing Zylvie With most of the other products, including Pabbly, they are designed to sell you add-ons and Bolt-ons, and that's how they make their money. Yes, they are good in their own way. However, I realised with Zylvie, I'm getting an all in one tour that I can use across multiple platforms. I don't need to think about buying plug-ins and add-ons. The multi-Brand feature allows vendors to manage multiple Brands under one roof seamlessly, while still providing individual siloed separation among them. This allows me to sell direct to my audience and keep so much more of the profit. But on top of that, he's cutting out the money other third party softwares like Shopify and Gumroad take, allowing even more of that money to stay in my pocket. I was terrified to set up a shop on my website, but when I finally took the plunge, using Zylvie made it simple and straightforward and fast. Pros I have been nothing but impressed with my experience with Zylvie. Finding an ecommerce option that doesn't charge ongoing fees sounded too good to be true, but Zylvie has delivered exactly that. The layout is simple and clear, making it easy for both customers and me to use. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been extremely responsive to questions and feature requests. The simple requests I've had were implemented within a day or two and the more involved ones were still addressed within the week. \[sensitive content hidden\] is eager for feedback because he wants to continuously improve Zylvie and increase its appeal. I'm so excited to be getting in on this program in its early stages because of how attentive he is to making it fit my needs. Because I'm starting out with minimal inventory, I see so much potential for my business and sales to grow with Zylvie. The investment upfront for a lifetime subscription was the same as 10 months of Shopify or $3k sales in Gumroad, so this will pay for itself in no time. Cons So far the only thing I dislike is that it takes people away from my website, but \[sensitive content hidden\] even made that better by creating a button for people to return to my site. It's possible there are features missing that I'm not aware of because I don't have previous ecommerce experience, but I love looking at the road map he's created and all the features he plans to add.
