Overall, an excellent experience. From onboarding, to customer support, to actual deployment and use, everything was great. I'd give them a 10/10 rating.

Pros

By far the best and most sophisticated chat results. Everyone else we've tried gave generalized basic answers, but Chatsi really understood our product. Custom-tailored, in-depth, specific answers that really sell our tech for us. Overall, the quality is top notch, which is exactly what we're looking for.

Cons

There's not a lot negative to say about them. The onboarding could be a bit faster but that's understandable given the high-quality results.

Incredible. Helped our customers find their products quickly we noticed an uptick in conversion on our site as a result.

Pros

Chatsi brought a much-needed level of personalization and automation to our customer engagement strategy at Goal Zero. What stood out most was how quickly we were able to get up and running, within days we were seeing meaningful conversations with customers that felt authentic and on-brand. This information is usually hidde The team at Chatsi was highly responsive, proactive in suggesting optimizations, and genuinely invested in our success. Their platform helped us not only improve customer satisfaction but also drive measurable increases in conversion and retention. It’s rare to find a tool that blends technology and human-like communication so seamlessly.

Cons

The integration took awhile, but I'd rather AI tools be tuned correctly. Overall great experience.
