We've been using it for about 8 months now, and it has solved many challenges for us. We've offered SEO services for years, and have tried many methods of fulfillment, including everything from freelancers, to whitelabeling to other SAAS products. Adaptify has been the easiest to use and most reliable. Pros Adaptify is a great platform. With Adaptify, we're able to generate solid proposal audits and ensure tactical execution is automated. Additionally, Adaptify support (shoutout \[sensitive content hidden\]) is awesome. I also appreciate that the platform is evolving, and they are taking our feedback and adding more features and improving UX. They also seem to be leaning in the GEO side of SEO. Cons We still need a dedicated, in-house SEO Specialist that manages the platform and puts a human check on anything that's going out for our clients, but it has streamlined his workflow significantly, saving him lots of time, and enabling him to manage more clients. My only gripe about Adaptify is that the reporting and client dashboard seem to be more focused on tactics and fulfillment than results. For me, SEO results = traffic and rankings. Traffic is reported, but there isn't a section that watches and displays how your rankings are being affected over time. I'd like to see both of those metrics shows as line charts over time with time based filters. I don't like signing up for a new platform and getting lost, ultimately abandiing it. Adaptify didn't leave me hanging. Pros 1\. It's a simple platform to use. 2. The onboarding was great. I had a very knowledgable, local salesperson walk me through the basics and then there was an account manager that went more in-depth with me. Their support is great. (I don't mean support when things go wrong. I haven't encountered that yet. I mean help in learning to use Adaptify.) 3. It's a platform focused on content and backlinks. It does NOT attempt to be all things to all people. It just does what it does well (which also made it easier to learn). 4. I was very surprised at the quality of the content. Their system seems to somehow understand the nuances of the businesses I work with. Not all AI tools do that yet, Adaptify is helping me create content at scale for a fraction of the price of a copywriter to do the same thing. And, as I metioned earlier in this review, the content is much better than I had anticipated and that I've seen with other AI writers. Also, they are getting me backlinks on sites with 40+ DR. I don't think I could do that easily, either. Cons While it does two things really well, it can be limiting if you want a full functioning SEO tool. But, I guess they're not trying to be all things to all people, so I guess that's OK. We shared with them some of the blog features that weren't serving our needs, and in a short time, they had adjusted the output to give us what we wanted. I have never had better support from another product/service. They are always ready to help out of figure out complex issues that may come up. The platform is so well designed and easy to use. It is always a pleasure to work in the website interface and they are continually improving and adding features. Cons There is a bit of a learning curve if you have not offered SEO to clients in the past. This is more the nature of SEO and not platform specific. With constant updates and improvements to the platform, it is sometimes hard to keep on top of best practice, but communication has been good about changes.
