Pros The customer support from the LOIS team has been great, we have had a few instances of non-BAU transactions that we needed help with. They were very responsive to help us use the LOIS platform in the most effective way. Cons Currently not integrated with our ERP system, D365. We have to export the journals from LOIS and then separately import into D365 - would be great if it could be integrated in future. Pros What I have liked most about LOIS is the excellent support provided by the team. Cons Sometimes with less frequently used functions I find it harder to navigate intuitively.
