still happy with it. the accuracy is good and the additional BI has further improved its capabilities.

Pros

they incorporated AI into ASSIST and it has improved more since then. Look forward to their further development

none at the moment. so far they are adding practical solutions to the existing application. Good practice.

the overall experience is good, and the demo and support systems in placed were great. I would definitely recommend ASSIST to my clients and business-owners network.

Pros

The competitive edge of ASSIST is definitely the Approval Matrix. For back-office professionals processing payments, the approval matrix cuts down their processing time and makes the payment turnaround faster and more efficient.

Cons

the linking process to a desktop license accounting software is a tad difficult, especially for old licenses

I can definitely recommend ASSIST.biz, especially when you run a bookkeeping or accounting business and deal with several companies/clients on a regular basis.

Pros

I like how simple the ASSIST platform is to navigate. It really improves the workflow and simplifies entering receipts and invoices. The inbuilt AI extraction works really well and saves me a lot of time. It also alerts you when you enter the same invoice or receipt twice, which helps to always have the correct amounts for your reporting.

Cons

It sometimes takes some time to upload receipts and invoices, it seems a bit slow but I do understand it does the AI extraction at the same time.

Assist team is very professional, responsive, and friendly and this app is very convenient when partnered with Quickbooks.

Pros

This app helped me save a lot of time and efforts and provide clients with faster turnaround. I genuinely recommend this app to anyone who needs it.

Cons

At the moment, there’s nothing I would change or point out as a negative. Everything was very smooth and easy. I didn't face any issues in using Assist.

"My overall experience with ASSIST was very positive. The team was professional, efficient, and always willing to help. They communicated clearly and responded quickly whenever I had questions or concerns, which made things a lot easier. I appreciated how organized everything was and how smoothly the process went from start to finish. It really felt like they cared about providing a good experience and were genuinely supportive throughout. I’m grateful for the help and would definitely recommend them."

Integration with Xero works very well. The automated data capture saves our finance team a lot of time, especially for recurring vendor invoices.

It is more convenient when I upload a bill in assist since it go straight as open bill. Also Supplier name is required in Assist prior to publishing, thus avoiding duplicate Contacts appearing in Quickbooks

Pros

This app is very convenient when partnered with Quickbooks

Cons

Not available on google playstore/Apple appstore yet.

It pretty much saved most of bookkeepers time and money for business. It significantly reduced time of manually inputting data to the accounting software.

Pros

The description on each line items of receipt or invoice is completely captured.

Cons

There are some issues noted with regards to the correct tax rate as sometimes it is not captured especially on Australian invoices/receipts

I use Assist to push AR & AP into Xero from my email. Being able to manage my AR & AP from my inbox versus the old way of manually submitting all the information saves me time and money as a business owner.

Pros

It scrapes the data from bills/invoices seamlessly in all different file types. It's 99% accurate.

Cons

Some types of AP, such as an AP aging report, Assist has some trouble reading, but for 99% of invoices it works flawlessly.
