RecMan is an overall good experience, highly recommend! A lot of features that increases efficiency, decreases admin, and supports our daily tasks and follow up. We can create a good and easy workflow for both our employees, as for our candidates.

Pros

Always developing new features and increasing existing ones. Good support. Great possibilities to serach through candidate database and find suitable candidates. Good possibility for integrations. A system with many possibilities, as long as you know your goal.

Cons

When handling a great volume of employees. Then it get's a bit tough to oversee some detalis. I'd like to scale down possibilities to suit our process, mandatory fields and a way to guide my users through the process, to make it as easy as possible and not to "over do". Would like more notifications that "pop up" to responsible user.

Pretty good. I have used it for 6 years and thinks it is a good system compared to other ATS

Pros

Good support. Easy system to understand. Seems to be continiuys development.

Cons

Not very suitable for some of our processes. Not very easy to use as a sourcing tool
