I've been using ChargebackStop just for a couple of months and this tool has been awesome. My dispute rate has dropped quickly which has save me a lot of money. All of these thanks to the pre-chargeback alerts

Pros

The pre-chargeback alerts are great helping us to reduce our dispute rate

Cons

One small downside is that I does not have detailed reporting. However, their team always are sending us specific reports that helps a lot to analyze everything, so it balances out pretty well.

The \[sensitive content hidden\] personally worked with us to make sure everything is set up perfectly with our donation software and Stripe.

Pros

Provided our charity away to drastically decrease the dispute rate of our Stripe account, thus keeping our life-saving work out of any danger of Stripe deactivating our account.

Cons

We do not know of any cons. The staff and the software have worked great.

Used it quickly save out reputation with Stripe, instantly brought down our dispute rate.

Pros

Hands on customer service and offers a chargeback solution not easily accessible in the industry. Unlike other solutions CB actually intercepts a charge back before it hits our payment processor saving our reputation.

Cons

Can be a very expensive month if you encounter a lot of charge backs due to the per charge back pricing
