Pros It is reliably efficient, and relatively easy to use for all mainstream tasks. Cons I really have to be picky to answer this question. Sometimes the UI is difficult to navigate - mostly when I haven't used it for a while or when I am doing things that I don't normally do. Switched from [Datto SIRIS](https://www.capterra.com/p/148228/Datto/) Kaseya was horrible to work with, and their service was pricey for what I was getting - especially since I know how to do the backups and restores myself. We've had several servers in that time period and tried all of the major vendors. A year ago I put macrium reflect on my laptop and liked it much better than one of the major brands that I had been using. I added it to the server a few months ago and upgraded my laptop with macrium x so that I could access the backups and files from my laptop. This has been very helpful. Pros It's easy to setup and works flawlessly. We backup to a Synolgoy array over the network. We use it to backup 3 different servers using the web interface to manage all three. It works great Pros That it's simple to use and it works. That there isn't a huge footprint. Cons I have no complaints about your product.
