As an SEO agency, Quality Hive has revolutionised our bug tracking, collaboration with development teams and added a new layer of depth to our project management. Working on a large number of client accounts, often with different external web development agencies, collaboration and working in a dozen different ways for each agency can be really inconvenient. With Quality Hive, we have a single process, applicable to all agencies that makes QAing, implementation and changes so much easier

Pros

Super easy to get started and set up and works really nicely alongside our other project management tools

Cons

At the moment - nothing. I know the dev team behind it are constantly building new things, so excited for new features and integrations

Bugherd became incredibly slow after 100+ tasks which we haven't found on Quality Hive, despite going way over that. QH support has been much better and helped us import everything from BH with for free.

Brilliant, won't change back now. Hours and hours of endless quality checking now saved thanks to Quality Hive. Brilliant widget, faultless customer service and easy usability. Some of my clients have also complimented the system.

Pros

I love the ease of use of the system. Working in Web development poses it's challenges in terms of documentation and raising of bugs during QA, but quality hive makes it seriously easy even for big ecommerce builds, ensuring nothing is lost/missed. Great userface, reasonable price and their customer service is second to none as well.

Cons

I cannot comment on what I like the least, it's a great system and have already recommended it to others.
