Pros

The boards and colored states on monday com make keeping track of projects fun. I like how methods and project updates can be changed as needed.

Cons

When there are more users, prices can go up and complex services become hard to understand.

I like that it helps me, and my team stay organized. It’s easy to see all our tasks in one place. I can also set reminders, track progress, and everything is clear and simple to use.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a little time to learn how to use all the features. It can feel a bit confusing at first.

Its OK. Kind of a time waster. The adds are unforgivable. While I am working in monday, every time I click on a hyperlink to go somewhere else, I get a popup link.

I can access it anywhere

Cons

cumbersome. TOO MANY ADDS. I now get random popups trying to sell me things constantly

My overall experience with Monday has been fantastic. I currently use it with my employer, but when I open my childcare center next year, I’m eager to use it for my own business as well!

Pros

Monday offers a high degree of customization. Not only can you add new tabs to your main page, but you can also make this change to your employees’ Monday accounts. Employees!

Cons

Initially, I found it too complex, but after working with Monday more frequently, I realized it’s surprisingly user-friendly, especially considering its high degree of customization.

Product is decent, the AI is nice but not intuitive to use. would like to be able to talk to someone live that can walk through some of these processes.

Pros

The prebuilt templates are very useful. Some of the connections and AI work well but can be tough to navigate

Cons

Customer service and helpfulness to walk me through some process and setting up reporting and other. Also your AI customer service bot would no send me to a person when i asked even though it could not answer my questions.

Pros

I love how I am able to access Monday.com anywhere in the world at any time. I can be remote or in the office to get the job done. It is a perfect tool for any project manager.

Cons

The only con can be when they are servicing the application. But they do try to bring it back up right away.

When set up correctly it is a nice data management tool. I have worked for companies that really struggle with this application. This current company have a nice built Monday.

Pros

I like the searchability and the look. It would be nice if the automations would not break for no reason.

Cons

Automation breaking too easily. Mine is the only one broken and I have no way to fix it. Other than that it works sufficiently.

What I love most about this service is the E that it is to use it. It’s a great platform to work together and accomplish work.

Cons

But I don’t like about Monday service is there sometimes glitching and a pause as it uploads and reboot the information sometimes that’s a little frustrating

Couldn't be more impressed! Still learning the in's and out's as I'm new to this, but I already know that it's making my business life easier, and more efficient. Organization is very important to me and monday.com is providing that for me and the team I work with.

Pros

Monday.com has been tremendous help with keeping our prospecting organized. It's also beneficial to us for its ability to share information between each other without having to send multiple emails, texts, or make a million calls to confirm information that we can see on monday.com

Cons

Being as this is my first time using a system like this, there's nothing I can call a con because I've felt like this is a very efficient tool.

Pros

Monday.com offers us a central place to manage all of our projects efficiently and with ease. It is easy to use and feature-rich.

Cons

Unless you are on higher paid plans, some key features can't be used, that being said, the features that are available on our plan do offer us a lot of value, but it would be nice to maybe have a few more key ones.

Monday.com is an excellent management tool that redefines the modern business operations of organizations. It has helped us remove all bottlenecks associated with task output by our staff and now we are achieving over 90% routine task completion

Pros

Monday.com's rule-based task automation and its modern UI which makes it easy to customize the dashboard interface, convinced us to choose it.

Cons

Although we have received a non-profit discount that gives us 10 free licenses, adding more team members to it seems to be pricy.

My overall experience with Monday service has been great. It has been helping me keep things in order. I would just like to be able to send myself reminders on when to contact and update people without having to subscribe to a plan.

Pros

I really like how Monday service puts everything in order for me making it easy to find and scroll through things when I’m looking for something.

Cons

I don’t like how we have to be subscribed to a plan in order to set up a reminder. I wish that there was an option to set up a two week reminder.

While monday.com is very powerful, I found that some of the more advanced features (like automation or custom formulas) had a learning curve and required more time to fully understand and implement.

I enjoy the search everything feature on Monday and how easy it makes it to find out if we have previously spoken to someone no matter what lead board they are on.

I have trouble with data visualization; I would like to be able to export leads based on what segmentation they are labeled as to make our mass emails through another platform more targeted.

Overall it is a great, almost a lifesaver tool, to manage tasks, and teams almost for any project that I have been working on :)

Pros

It's so natural to use and smooth to manage for myself and my remote team. I can generate everything from vendors certificate to devising customer project boards for multiple areas. There are plenty of excellent functions we use daily, containing pursuing, substitute-article tasks, CRM, board sharing, project figures, electronic mail notifications, and more

Cons

The are some critical features missing in a mobile app, such as checklists and forms submission. Hopefully will be fixed soon. However, the rest is great, can't complain!

For me, Monday.com has been a good experience. Its adjustable capabilities enable us to tailor our workflows to the needs of our projects, making it a versatile project management tool. Our coworkers, even those with no technical experience, can easily use the software because to the user-friendly layout. Collaboration is straightforward, enabling our team members to collaborate in real time, communicate, and share files with ease. Our productivity has grown as a result of the automated option, which has decreased monotonous duties. Pricing, on the other hand, may be an issue for our organization, and some training and support may be required to become acquainted with the software. Furthermore, for some projects, poor reporting and time tracking capabilities may be a negative.

Pros

I like how simple Monday.com is to use and how it reduces the number of applications and systems we have to handle. This simplifies things and allows us to concentrate on our work rather than switching between programs. Furthermore, the platform's customizability allows us to tailor it to our specific needs and operations.

Cons

I was concerned about the lack of adjustability in the user interface. The drag-and-drop interface can be constraining, and it's difficult to customize to match unique needs. Additionally, data entry might be time-consuming and difficult.

Pros

I love the ability to create a project and view it from start to finish in a project planning format as well as an additional charted format and assign tasks

Cons

I dont like the missing ability to connect to a live excel sheet offline, i wish there was an API connection for this

It is great software, but requires constant attention. I felt it required too much attention to be useful in our organization.

Pros

I use this software for inventory tracking - from order to deployment. I love that I'm able to copy existing entries, move them to different boards to push them along their workflow path, and archive the entry when it reaches the end.

Cons

Like a spreadsheet, it can get a little daunting when working with all of the information - moving things between boards can cause things to get lost in the shuffle. It requires someone with an attention to detail.
