Cons Unless you are on higher paid plans, some key features can't be used, that being said, the features that are available on our plan do offer us a lot of value, but it would be nice to maybe have a few more key ones. Pros I enjoy the search everything feature on Monday and how easy it makes it to find out if we have previously spoken to someone no matter what lead board they are on. Cons I have trouble with data visualization; I would like to be able to export leads based on what segmentation they are labeled as to make our mass emails through another platform more targeted. I would highly recommend it to those in startups or high volume companies. Pros I like the time tracking so the visibility we see in real time on how much each team member is contributing and to what extent helps us determine issues and solutions for certain areas of the project. Cons I would say the price point is pretty heavy compared to other project management tools. We received a discount which helped us make a decision for this tool. La disponibilización de tableros para seguimietos de proyectos, realmente ayuda con las fechas límites a cumplir. Cons Al tener tanta cantidad de funcionalidades, raya la línea de lo complicado. Lleva bastante tiempo entender completamente la herramienta. Muchas funcionalidades están sujetas al tipo de licenciamiento, en lo personal es algo que no comparto. I have seen a lot of value in it as a project management solution, especially as I was frustrated with many others that I tried. Monday simplifies project management and helps you keep track of pending tasks and deadlines. It's definitely worth a try if you need help with keeping track of your work. Pros Monday is has an intuitive interface and is easy to use, even for people who are unfamiliar with traditional project management tools. You can create categories of tasks or projects, which can be color coded as well. It also visualizes your data so you can see how many tasks in a specific time frame you have completed already. Cons The filtered views are easy to miss at first. I had a little difficulty figuring out why my filters weren't saving, and it was because I wasn't selecting the filtered tab at the top. The archive is also difficult to locate from the main interface, you have to go into another menu to find it. February 11, 2020 4.0 It has allowed me to know exactly what my team is doing a majority of the time, and helped them keep focus on high priority items. They have truly adopted the concept and use the tool to keep task notes/history, and use this to plan their time. Pros Extremely easy to set up to help control my teams daily chaos. I can customize it to our workflows, track task types, etc. for automated activity reports/dashboards for my director, and my team has totally bought in to the concept. It is so easy that it does not overburden them with managing their daily workload. New work items are not longer lost as we immediately document them in Monday and drive our workload and re prioritize accordingly. I could not run my team nearly as well without this tool. Cons The user interface can sometimes be glitchy. You have to hover your mouse in the exact right position to activate some features due to the web app interface. Some features are rich, but not not rich enough to be able to take them to the next level. I find myself saying... "If I could just do this". That said, I have seen MANY improvements to the interface and functionality over the past year. It seems like they are listening to their customers. January 20, 2019 4.0 Pros The UI design is visually pleasing and makes the program easy to use. The software can be easily customized for different types of projects. Time tracking is great and helps us account for time spent on any given project. Monday.com can be easily integrated with popular apps I use such as trello and slack. I also love the quick and helpful customer support from the team. Cons It's really difficult finding any fault with this software. The one single issue I can think of it that the interface seems to wide, such that you have to do a lot to scrolling to see everything, especially for small screens. Review Source KC C. It really helped keep people on the same page as to what is happening and what needs done. Which in turn cut down on meetings and have to relay the same information to several people. You also have a good record of how each phase of the project went, and it can be reviewed to try and do better next time. Pros It is "clean" and easy to use. The page layout and titles are user configurable. You can add or take away data columns. There are also several pre built layouts that will fit most peoples needs. Everyone stay informed of what is going on. It's a great place to keep all data pertaining to a project together and organized.
