I like the tool a lot! The limitations with the basic plan are frustrating at times, and feels very intentional to force your hand into paying for the Pro plan. We are a small business, so the Pro plan isn't something we can swing right now. If they offered just a little more customer service and functionality to their basic paid plan, it would be a genuinely excellent platform.

Pros

It's visually appealing, easy to navigate, and is one of the few CRM & Task Manager combinations that I've found that actually work well on both sides. I've used many other CRMs with task managers, but those aspects of the tool are often very basic, have limited capabilities, or are too sales-focused.

Cons

The included features got muddled and confusing when I was weighing the Task Manager tool vs. the CRM tool (which has its task manager included). Some of the most useful features, like workload and chart views, are excluded from the basic paid plan, and it feels a bit unfair. The basic plan's level of customer support feels very much like the free version. Almost as if you don't matter to them unless you are with their Pro package or higher.

What I like most about Monday's service is how easy it is to use. It's fast, efficient, and very well-organized. I also appreciate the visual layout — it's colorful, intuitive, and pleasant to work with.

Cons

What I like least about Monday's service is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the many features and customization options. It takes some time to fully understand how to make the most of it

Pros

Monday has a LOT of features. So while it took me a while to get used to them, it has turned into a helpful and essential tool to help keep my work organized and up to date. Really is a game changer when it comes to bettering the customer service side of my profession. Bravo Monday!

Pros

Coming from a residential background, I like that I can make a contact list to properly store information about who I am speaking with, when I last contacted them, and see all of my previous conversations with the person.

Cons

I think the automations need a little bit of work. I have been struggling to make solid automations regarding emails being stored as contacts, and while I do have a few working automations in place, there is definitely more than can be done with this feature. The custom automations have been no help, as I feel sometimes a simple task that I am asking cannot be accomplished. Not to mention the AI chat bot to help with the automation will sometimes get confused about its own automations abilities.

The AI errors are annoying, so I give the CRM a 6 out of 10. Until you have the AI working better, please delete the automatic insertion of bad information.

Pros

The layout of the information and the easy adding of columns is great. Overall, it's a simple CRM that fits my needs.

Cons

The AI you used is not great. When I add an email, it automatically populates the Account, which is always wrong, and I have to delete and put in the correct account. The phone automatically in some cases goes to a foreign country code, so I have to put the U.S. phone number in the comment section instead. If you do not start a brand-new email each time the email will go to the original email contact versus the new email contact. It makes a mess in the contact activates and again causes extra work. Also, the scrolling of information and the switching of screens needs to be faster.

I'm 2 month in. Still early to tell. Will circle back in a few months. So far so good. Need my team to give me feedback and gather more info.

Pros

Forms are easier to manage with no coding skills. Easy to log in. Mobile app is cute. Integrates with many third party services and platforms. Allows multiple contacts with the same unique identifiers (email, phone etc.) Easy to navigate.

Cons

Still getting used to the interface. Merging duplicate contacts in CRM does not work well. Could offer more affordable plans, especially for nonprofit organizations

What I love most about this service is the E that it is to use it. It’s a great platform to work together and accomplish work.

Cons

But I don’t like about Monday service is there sometimes glitching and a pause as it uploads and reboot the information sometimes that’s a little frustrating

Pros

I like the open format which allows virtually any format of CRM to be done. The automations are great as well.

Cons

That being said it took too much time to narrow down my own business model into the site. Being on a small team, we didn't have the time and resources to maximize its potential.

Great! 10/10 stars! If you're looking for a referral site that actually adds value and helps you make informed decisions, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

Pros

Ease of the website & app! Remote access & security is great. I had an excellent experience using this referral website. The platform is user-friendly, straightforward, and delivers exactly what it promises. I was able to find great deals and connect with trusted services through real user recommendations.

Cons

There’s not much I can say. It would be helpful if the platform encouraged more in-depth filters to sort referrals by relevance, popularity, or category. That said, this was a relatively small issue and didn’t significantly impact the value the site provided.

Pros

It is extremely user friendly and easy to use all around. The fact that it emails the other members of my team with my updates is amazing. The communication is stellar.

Cons

Honestly nothing. I truly have been very impressed with everything thus far. It is a great CRM and I just started using it, so I am sure there is so much more to learn.

Pros

It makes all of my company's information easily accessible and clear for me to sort through. It also does a great job of summarizing my data to clearly show how I am doing.

The only thing I don't like is that sometimes the server will be moving slow and I am unable to do my work at times.

It has allowed me to streamline a lot of my processes. Instead of looking for participant information across multiple spreadsheets and PDFs, I can find everything centralized in one location. My colleagues can also access my input in real time and we can share data easily.

Pros

I love the fact that it is so user-friendly. I admit that I am not as tech-savvy, so having a program that was straightforward was awesome. I love all of the unique features and being able to house so much information in one location.

Cons

I don't have any dislikes so far. It was very easy to learn and import data from other sources, which was very helpful.

Overall, my experience has been great with this platform. The small errors are really easy to fix when learning the platform, and the program is also easy to change around if you want less notifications, more notifications, ect.

Pros

Organized and easy to navigate. Love that my team and I are able to check on every status of the task and get notified when it is our turn to complete something.

Cons

I would say the only negative thing about this service is the fast that its not marketed everywhere for everyone to use!

It was good up until the follow up notifications stopped working. I'm sure it could be corrected easily.

Pros

Good UI. Good layout and dark design. Easy to type in each field without having to open the link. No lag when navigating the website. Easy to set follow up activity.

Cons

The follow up notifications stopped working. I used to get reminders in my Notifications of when to follow up with clients, but it stopped four days ago. I couldn't figure out how to turn it on again. Without that, the CRM isn't effective.

Monday.com offers us a central place to manage all of our projects efficiently and with ease. It is easy to use and feature-rich.

Cons

Unless you are on higher paid plans, some key features can't be used, that being said, the features that are available on our plan do offer us a lot of value, but it would be nice to maybe have a few more key ones.
