Pros

I have used pieces of software like this that are computer based, and they seem to be very clunky and hard to customize, and difficult to network. This allows my team to be able to put together new tasks and ideas and work together to maximize patient care, without having to tie up valuable server resources. Plus they can have their own personal boards when they think about having to do something when they get off work - keeping MY office time more efficient, and less time on the phone. With the ease of creating a new task with just one click and keeping it just a heading or making it more in depth, it also acts like an instant messenger. I can make sure the next patient gets taken care of for a new foot scan or XR, or whatever tests need to be ran. It's always up on my computer, and I've only started using it for a week. Excited to see how it helps out long-term!

Cons

I haven't gotten to the price yet, but when the trial is up, we will see what the pricing structure is. For being able to skip weekly meetings and pay for lunch for 10-12 employees, if it's less than $100/month, then it's going to be priced right!

It is great software, but requires constant attention. I felt it required too much attention to be useful in our organization.

Pros

I use this software for inventory tracking - from order to deployment. I love that I'm able to copy existing entries, move them to different boards to push them along their workflow path, and archive the entry when it reaches the end.

Cons

Like a spreadsheet, it can get a little daunting when working with all of the information - moving things between boards can cause things to get lost in the shuffle. It requires someone with an attention to detail.

monday.com is a project management platform to help easily manage your organizations projects between multiple departments. It works like a forum with forum topics (main boards), that contain threads (sub boards), which contain posts (pulses). Inside each pulse there is an area to upload files and make comments.

Pros

\- Easy to assign Tasks - Easy to stay up to date with changes by Subscribing to topics - @mentions to easily notify other team members

Cons

\- It'll help you organize but won't do it for you. - Requires a fair amount of setup to be utilized fully.

Pros

I love the ease of being able to setup projects and assigning them to users. With the comments tab we can easily chat about the project for everyone to see who needs to see it.

Cons

If I had to change anything about it. I would say the overall UI of the boards. Some areas of the "pulses" feel virtually useless.

Pretty good, it is simple to use and makes tracking of tasks much easier than some of the alternative offerings.

Pros

It is extremely simple to see who has what to do and the colour coding makes the outstanding tasks really clear to see. Collaboration works really well with things updating straight away.

Cons

Pricing isnt the best vs the functionality it offers. You are playing close the price of an office 365 license and that offers more business functionality for the money.

monday.com is perfect for managing tasks and to-do lists within any organization. The calaboration it allows both in online and mobile platforms is great. It has saved our company countless hours by allowing us to put projects together and assign individual tasks for each one. I recommend monday.com if you need a quick and easy way to organize your business and to get your teams to communicate more effectively.

Pros

Easy to use; simple to setup and manage. Archivability. Interactive experience online and mobile app. Assign team members and give due dates.

Cons

Although you can link monday.com due dates to your calendar, there is no calendar view to actually see all of your due dates together on one page.

I came across monday.com on Instagram and decided to use the trial to test the waters with our companies management team. I was able to track not only my projects but there's as well and we were able to effectively communicate progress, hold ups, changes, etc. all in one place. I use monday.com to track everything I work on month by month and it allows my employer to quickly glance at what I have on my plate and re-prioritize along the way.

Pros

Sorting custom columns is slick!

Cons

The comments pane is an overlay, I would like to see it side by side with the task area just because I find myself using both simultaneously.

After using many project management softwares over the years, my IT department switched to monday.com about 5 months ago. As expected, the initial startup was tough for folks, but once we all understood the basic concepts behind the platform, we were off and running. We track all of our projects in monday.com and use the "pulses" and milestones to track progress. My department colleagues have gravitated to the platform very nicely, and we actually enjoy posting updates. My personal favorite features are being able to have the flexibility of what columns to build, the "commenting", and the ability to filter. The only negative is using monday.com with a touch screen. Sometimes we inadvertently move a row. All in all, it's an excellent product for orgainiations who need a cloud-based project management tool.

Pros

The product has great flexibility. I like the filters and the commenting features.

Cons

It's a little tough to use with a touch screen.

Being a visual and task oriented person, I liked using monday.com as I am able to see the progress visually and see tasks complete.

Pros

I love the dashboard and I believe this is why it is popular, I can see my projects at a glance. Also it provides a lot of automation and workflows and integrates easily with existing tools we already use.

Cons

Expensive but depends on the scale of users. Also there is quite a learning curve for new users with not much technical support to help them but if one is familiar with say googlesheets or smartsheet then it's easy.
