I was under a time crunch to get a survey created and distributed to 700+ companies. TheySaid helped me create and test my survey, as well as train the AI to be able to ask informed follow-up questions that were both relevant and impactful. Great product!

Pros

Creating survey templates and training the AI is very easy and intuitive. The support TheySaid offered was also top notch!

Cons

I liked all the functionality I used. Nothing bad to say here.

My overall opinion is that this application can massively speed up the end to end user testing process, enable more testing cycles, and continuously generate insightful, critical, actionable results which results in a better more user centered product experience.

Pros

The speed at which AI powered user testing and high quality insight synthesis can be done. This leads to being able to rapidly iterate and develop a better product more aligned with our target users faster. It can save time without sacraficing quality when creating studies and tests. I has flexible ways to engage with users so they are comfortable and their feedback is valuable. Ability to critically synthesize what used to take days in minutes.

Cons

I havent had enough experience with it to answer this question. Although I still think experience in user testing techniques and proesses is valuable to get the best results.

Using the tool was fun. It was extremely easy to create a survey. I was surprised at how easy it was to make a survey.

Pros

The survey was very easy to create. Not much effort had to be applied. The system was able to do the hard work and create a high quality survey.

Cons

Umm I would say the survey choices were limited. The system should allow much input as to what options the user is able to select.

It's fantastic. Very professional layout and features as well. If I looking for research, I will go for it.

Pros

The UI is very minimal, so I can understand the whole process very easily. The analytics feature is also great for getting proper insight into research results.

Cons

Overall, it's great. I didn't find any cons at a glance. I think there should be a help page about the whole service.
