Overall experience is good. I am using MITEL PowerUP hub portal managed by Zinfi. Very user-friendly platform.

Pros

The ease of access to the documents and solutions for the MITEL platform which I am using. The platform is maintained by Zinfi.

Cons

If we are accessing from one link given in emails, it was not allowing me to land into the correct document
