It’s helping roll out and manage our features better. The extra value is the fact that we get actionable, automated metrics and dashboards that quickly let us understand if what we’re shipping is valuable to customers.

Pros

⁠I love the automatic company-level aggregation and the fact you get feature flagging and evaluation from a single code snippet. The STARS funnel gives you steps everyone can follow and contextualizes them with qualitative feedback. You can see they thought this through to make it exactly what B2B product teams need.

Cons

Very few things I dislike. I would see value in adding screen recordings but they’ve let me know that’s on the roadmap.
