My overall experience with Norman has been excellent. It significantly reduced the stress of managing accounting in Germany as an expat. The platform covers everything I need for invoicing and financial reporting, and the interface is clear and easy to use. Thanks to Norman, I can handle my quarterly reports independently and confidently, without relying on external accountants.

Pros

Norman is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. I moved to Germany without any knowledge of local accounting or tax regulations, and the platform made everything understandable from day one. It is very easy to manage invoices and financial reporting, and I can close my quarterly reports for my Gewerbe without any accounting education. The customer support team is outstanding - very responsive, supportive, and fast, especially when clarifying German tax-related questions.

Cons

So far, I haven’t experienced any major issues. The support team always resolves open questions quickly

Als Selbstständige mochte ich das Thema Steuern wie die meisten nicht besonders. Die Formulare waren kompliziert und ich hatte nie den Überblick.Seit ich diese Plattform nutze, ist alles anders. Der KI-Autopilot macht die Arbeit fast von selbst – das ist echt unglaublich! Die EÜR, die Steuererklärung, die Umsatzsteuer, die Gewerbesteuer und sogar die ZM-Meldungen erledigt die Plattform fast automatisch. Ich spare dadurch jeden Monat acht Stunden, die ich jetzt sinnvoller nutzen kann. Auch das Schreiben von Rechnungen und die Verwaltung meiner Finanzen gehen jetzt viel einfacher. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist super einfach zu bedienen, und der gesamte Prozess fühlt sich viel weniger stressig an. Ich bin dankbar, dass ich dieses Tool entdeckt habe – es macht mein Leben als Selbstständiger einfacher!

Pros

Mit Norman löse ich das Problem der zeitaufwändigen und komplizierten Steuerverwaltung als Selbstständige. Die Vorteile sehe ich vor allem in der Zeitersparnis durch den KI-Autopilot, der mir automatisch bei der Erledigung von Aufgaben wie der EÜR, Einkommenssteuer, Umsatzsteuer, Gewerbesteuer und ZM hilft, sowie in der einfachen Benutzeroberfläche, die den gesamten Prozess stressfreier und effizienter macht.

Cons

Ich würde mir noch mehr Inhalte wünschen, die mir helfen, wichtige Unterschiede zu verstehen, wie zum Beispiel, wann ich als Gewerbetreibender und wann als Freiberufler gelte, um teure Fehler zu vermeiden.
