Marketing Digital Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "WOOOOW! 🤩 Totally Impressed and Satisfied 100%" November 28, 2024 5.0 After trying the software for a couple of days and discovering a lot of cool features, I was like, "WOW!!! I love it!!!" The truth is, when I started, I found some bugs and contacted customer service, expecting it to be like most companies (long wait times, unclear answers, etc.). To my great surprise, I received MARVELOUS support: quick responses, solutions to the problems, and people genuinely willing to solve any issue, whether it was a bug or something that could improve my experience as a user. The app has so many awesome features (smooth-running automations with tons of options, campaigns packed with great details, etc.), and I couldn't be more satisfied. Every time I report an issue, they don't just ignore me. They take it seriously! They respond, they fix it, and they give it their best! I mean, when you have a problem, and your job is to provide great customer service to your clients, if the software you're using is full of bugs and you receive poor support, you have to walk away. But with Tarvent, after my experience over the past two weeks, I ended up purchasing a second Tier 5. Clearly, I believe in this team, and I hope they grow exponentially! With over 16 years of customer service experience, where my goal is nothing less than 5-star service for my clients, I only choose companies that offer the same level of excellence! And honestly, I'm considering buying a third Tier 5 to support my future growth. This is an awesome software and a great opportunity for my business (especially for email marketing, along with other services I offer). The customer support was quick and helpful in their replies. Cons It's not really Tarvent's issue, but I had trouble embedding a from on my wordpress website. I found a work around that works which I'm happy with right now. November 25, 2024 5.0 The delivery of emails has been good, the platform has several functions and has replaced another tool I was using quite well, so I am very satisfied. Pros It's a very comprehensive tool and has a very good price compared to the competition, so it saved me money and has been doing what needs to be done well. Cons There are still some important integrations missing for it to work well in my job. The main one is Activepieces, which helps automate some tasks that I am having to do manually, but the admin has already said that they are working on this integration, so I am optimistic about that. November 22, 2024 5.0 Support is phenomenal, automations work great, email delivery is gold. Pros I tried SendFox. It was functional to start with, but very limited. I moved to Mailerlite, which worked well. Good UI. But was gettign expensive. I tried ConvertKit. This was the most intuitive CRM I've used by far. But also the most expensive. I went to Selzy, which was fine. But after 30 days, emails went straight to spam. No change in my content, and looking at reviews, many other people had similar issues. I then tried to set up Zagomail, but couldn't even get it set up. Error on the backend, and support would take 2+ weeks to reply... Moved to Acumbamail, which was fine. Worst UI so far and poor functionality (minimal automations). But the delivery rate was good. That's when I learned about Tarvent. I tried Tarvent for 30 days, and my open rates stayed at 40%+. They have full in depth automations. The Ui is difficult and took a full day to learn. But once I learned it, it was phenomenal. Couldn't recommend Tarvent enough! I has been what I’ve been looking for for my emails. It is easier to navigate with no hassle whatsoever Cons Using the 2 step authenticator app (is a pin in my butt) and the fact that it isn’t mobile phone friendly with no app. I’m always on the go. I use my phone 99% of the day. So not having a app is a big deal for me but not a deal breaker. I switched from other mailing list services and tarvent is pretty great. Pros Easy to use and full of features. Has saved me money and time and I can do things in one spot that I needed a few apps for. Also great customer service. Cons don't really have any. Whenever I have a concern, I write the support and they either fix it or tell me why i can't happen or tell me when it will happen. Good stuff! November 29, 2024 5.0 I switched to Tarvent because of the features, automation and fair costs. My experience has been incredible so far. I hope the product becomes better and better. Pros Tarvent is the best email platform I have found so far. Trust me! I have found Tarvent to be fully featured and have high open rates. They have complete and in-depth automations. I can't recommend Tarvent enough! Cons The UI is hard to learn. They have a lot of references, but it still took me a whole day to learn. Cheap for the value given, and tremendous value. Deliverability is on par with Sendgrid. Pros Excellent deliverability of emails. Simple to use format (no-coder). Has some templates for emails. Security at its core (2FA). And also good automation capabilities. Cons Lack of landing page templates (have to be built from scratch). And also sometimes onboarding needs more guidance. It came at just the right time and I really enjoy using it now. It's great that you have so many design and setting options, and Tarvent is very smooth to use. The support is also very committed and competent and Tarvent is constantly being developed and improved. A clear recommendation from me! Cons In the early days there were a few minor bugs (as is usual with new software). After I had reported them to support by email, they were all fixed very quickly and competently.
