We immediately felt that this is the right tool for us.. we can shift everything easy - which is needed in a dynamic working place as postproduction

the overview the way you can group people, rooms, ...

Cons

there is no automatic button yet to enter all daily tasks standard - so that i only have to move the dates.

The rollout at our company was very smooth. The Freispace team helped everyone to get onboard. Small problems with our workflow were fixed really fast. Freispace helped us a lot to get a decent planning and overview of our postproduction and studio workload.

Pros

Modern and super easy User Interface. Very fast learning curve. Very motivated team, our issues were resolved almost instantly.

Cons

Only available as SaaS Solution. It is still work in progress in some areas but it is getting better all the time.

We are still in the early stages of using this tool, but so far, all employees feel comfortable with it; it is clear, concise and very flexible.

Pros

Excellent resource planning, great personal support, user-friendly, flexible options from detailed planning to overview planning

Cons

Combining time recording and billing, occasional loading times and stuttering in the planning view, the Gantt view's capabilities still need to be improved. All of these points are currently acceptable and I am aware that they are being worked on, as the personal support is excellent.

When we implemented Freispace it was recieved postively by everyone. The producers, finance departement, editors and the post production team. No more hassle with cumbersome Excel sheets.

Pros

This is the first post-production scheduling tool I found that gives me everything I need. Freispace, compared to other planning tools is truely intuitive. The support team is also verry attentive to support calls

Cons

At the moment I can't think of something I don't like. Just because I don't use all the features doesn't mean I don't like it.

Even though I made a nice excel sheet with advanced macro's, it wasn't always reliable when working in the sheet with multiple users. Something changes didn't get saved which caused lots of problems.

We use it every day but still not in a deep way. I think it has more feature and so. But we will hire a Person, which will use it every day in a deeper way
