As mentioned, the team has been great to work with and very accommodating to us as we've had questions along the way. I specifically wanted to shout out \[sensitive content hidden\]. Not only does zLinq have a great team but also a seemingly amazing culture that aligns well with our company's. We're early on with zLinq, but I wanted to thank the entire zLinq team for its patience with us as we've worked through this change internally. I'm sure I'll be pinging our Account Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], in the future to see how we might be able to extend our partnership in the years ahead.

Pros

The zLinq team has been great to work with through the onboarding of the services. The team is very patient and professional and has a proven methodology that makes the transition straightforward.

Cons

There is nothing I like least about zLinq. It is a very different process than the one we had in place so I encourage others to have their Accounts Payable team involved right from the beginning to avoid any surprises. zLinq will help guide them through the onboarding.

I've worked with a number of communications consultancies in the past, none have shown the expertise, experience or willingness to simplify the management of communications as zLinq has. Their professionalism, their focus on details, and their creativity make this company the go-to partner in this space. The financial value created by zLinq make it one of the most valuable partnerships we have.
