Pros

The way the system automatically generates and charges an itinerary recommendation based on the selected travel dates.

Cons

That it currently does not allow copying a previous itinerary to use as a reference when creating a new one.

My overall experience has been very positive. It is user-friendly and makes it easy to quickly create customized, professional-looking itineraries. The platform’s strong functionality, structured approach, and supportive features make it a valuable tool for personalizing client travel plans and delivering a high-quality experience as a sales agent.

Pros

The system is easy to use, and with its available tools and integrated hyperlinks, it’s simple to navigate. It makes creating personalized vacation plans based on a client’s interests very efficient, especially with templates and presets that help you get started quickly. Everything is clearly displayed in a client-friendly format, which enhances the overall presentation. Another great feature is the built-in warning system, which helps ensure accuracy by allowing you to review details before confirming final pricing, learn as you go, and reduce the chance of errors while maintaining high-quality itineraries.

Cons

Every day or so, the system requires you to log in again and complete a secondary authentication process. Since I use my personal work laptop, this can feel a bit repetitive; however, I understand that this is in place for system safety and content security, which reflects the platform’s strong security measures.

In my opinion, Intelitour is simple yet powerful, making travel agency tasks easier, more organized, and efficient.

Pros

In my opinion, Intelitour is a very helpful and practical operating system for travel agencies. I find it easy to use, and it makes managing bookings and customer information much simpler. What I like the most is how it keeps everything organized and allows quick updates to travel plans. I believe it really improves the way agents work and helps provide a better experience for clients.

Cons

At first, I thought Intelitour might be a bit too simple and not powerful enough for handling all the needs of a busy travel agency. However, after using it, I realized that its simplicity is actually one of its greatest strengths. It makes daily tasks feel less overwhelming, keeps everything organized, and helps me work more efficiently without unnecessary complications. In the end, what seemed like a weakness turned out to be something I truly appreciate.

Pros

Overall, I am very pleased with this system. From the very beginning, I found it to be extremely user-friendly, which made the learning process quick and smooth. Its usability is one of its strongest advantages, as even complex tasks can be completed with just a few clicks. The system is also highly effective, delivering accurate results and helping me save time on daily operations. What I value the most is the wide range of features that perfectly complement each other, making the platform complete and reliable. It has definitely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Cons

At first, it took me a little time to get used to some of the features, but once I understood the workflow, everything became very intuitive and efficient. I actually appreciate that the system has so many functionalities, because now I can complete tasks faster and with better accuracy.

Pros

I like that there is easy access to certain things, like providers information , notes, , etc.. , that items can be viewed easily, and that the payment links are integrated into the system

Cons

Maybe what I like the least is that every time we create a sample, and if the sample involves different clients who are paying separately, we have to go into the pricing, manually add up the amounts, and then go to Intinerary Info to manually enter the prices per couple.

In my experience, I’ve been using the system for a relatively short time—about three months—but I find it to be simple and easy to understand.

Pros

I like it since the system is simple to use and easy to understand. Its clear design and intuitive structure make it accessible for anyone.

Cons

The only detail, at least in my personal experience, is that when payments are made by several people within the same itinerary, we can’t see the total amount from the outside. Instead, we need to go into each individual Payment Plan to check the total. However, this does not affect the operation at all; it’s simply a suggestion for an improvement that could be made.

My experience using it has been great. It has no limits for any use you want to give it and can be extended over the years.

Pros

Features: The system allows you to structure a catalog of services in different categories, which can be assigned descriptions and prices, and customized as many times as the customer needs to achieve the sale, generating growth and satisfaction for both the customer and the company.

Cons

It's a powerful tool for managing and offering services. It's easily accessible inside and outside the office from any internet-enabled device. It allows us to assist clients at any time they need. It can be accessed from a mobile phone or computer.

Cons

Honestly, I like almost everything about Intelitour. There’s really nothing I’d complain about. It makes my job easy because I can provide fast, timely responses to clients, which helps everything run smoothly.

I have been using this system for many years, and the updates have made it much easier to work with. It now effectively minimizes human errors and presents a polished itinerary with all the client's information.

Pros

Creating multiple itineraries for our clients is very easy with our system. Its user-friendly interface allows us to present different options quickly and efficiently, all in just a few simple steps.

Cons

At first, I thought there were too many notifications, but that's because the system checks every change to make sure everything is running correctly.

Pros

I really appreciated how Intelitour simplifies building multi-day itineraries while also delivering visually stunning client proposals, making the whole planning process efficient and professional.

Cons

At first, I thought the learning curve was a bit steep, but then I realized that this very complexity is what allows Intelitour to handle multi-destination itineraries so efficiently and in such detail.

My overall experience with Intelitour has been fantastic! The platform is user-friendly and provides a wealth of information that's both engaging and insightful.

Pros

Due to the experience gained using tourism systems, I feel that this system is much more comprehensive an easy to used it.

Cons

One aspect I found could be improved in Intelitour is the user interface, as it occasionally felt a bit overwhelming. However, I believe this can be easily addressed, and overall, my experience has been very positive!

Overall, my experience was positive. The attention to detail and personalized recommendations make the planning process easier

Pros

What I liked most is that everything was well-organized, and the booking process is easy, fast, and includes multiple tools that are helpful for planning

Cons

What I liked least is that while there are some warnings, the system still allows you to proceed with certain modifications or reservations. I believe that if a warning appears, the system should not allow you to proceed or submit the reservation until the issue is resolved. Additionally, having a more detailed analysis or warning about flight details would be helpful. For example, if a flight is too early, the system could send a warning explaining the drive time and noting that the room may not be ready. Similarly, if a flight is late, it would be helpful to explain the drive time so the client is informed, especially when they are driving and need to plan their own time to leave for the airport.
