Pros

  • With this operating system has been fantastic. It's not only reliable and efficient but also offers a range of features that cater to my needs.

  • Improves the efficiency of the day-to-day business with easy and quick access to important information and superior tools.

  • Everything has been a process, but each time it is to improve and make the work more efficient, because of how harmonious it is, it is easy to understand the updates, therefore it is a great tool.

  • The interface is intuitive and easy to use, making the experience enjoyable, reliable, clear, and comprehensive in every record and change made.

Cons

  • My experience is limited; however, it is a very complete and functional system.

  • For example, if a flight is too early, the system could send a warning explaining the drive time and noting that the room may not be ready.

  • However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact the overall functionality or user experience.

  • This is a difficult question as there isn't really anything specific I dislike about it. I'm an admin, so I receive notifications every hour about important changes made by employees.

"Feedback on Intelitour"

Overall: Overall, my experience was positive. The attention to detail and personalized recommendations make the planning process easier

Pros: What I liked most is that everything was well-organized, and the booking process is easy, fast, and includes multiple tools that are helpful for planning

Cons: What I liked least is that while there are some warnings, the system still allows you to proceed with certain modifications or reservations. I believe that if a warning appears, the system should not allow you to proceed or submit the reservation until the issue is resolved. Additionally, having a more detailed analysis or warning about flight details would be helpful. For example, if a flight is too early, the system could send a warning explaining the drive time and noting that the room may not be ready. Similarly, if a flight is late, it would be helpful to explain the drive time so the client is informed, especially when they are driving and need to plan their own time to leave for the airport.

"Excelente tool "

Overall: My experience has been very positive. The tool is incredibly user-friendly, making my work much easier. It’s truly an excellent resource.

Pros: It's an intuitive program that enables you to work efficiently with minimal risk of errors. The platform provides comprehensive information, and adjustments can be made easily without any significant issues.

Cons: When I modify the itineraries, any overridden prices are automatically removed.

"Good and new updates"

Overall: It's been one of the best with fast updates overall.

Pros: It helps us get the job done a little faster.

Cons: When generating POs, if there is a note or detail, it does not allow you to write it down at the moment, but it does allow you to quickly go to the summary after the system has sent the information. It requires a lot of attention and care.

"An Exceptional Tool, Effortlessly Simple to Use!"

Overall: It’s a very versatile platform with useful tools. If you have sufficient knowledge of the system, you can get a lot out of it. It’s user-friendly and easy to learn.

Pros: You have everything in one platform, from planning, operations, and accounting, making it easy to keep track of clients and suppliers.

Cons: When I get disconnected, I have to re-enter the long password and verification code, but I understand it's for system security.

"User-Friendly System with Proactive Error Prevention"

Overall: My overall experience with Intelitour has been positive. The system is user-friendly and provides helpful warnings when necessary, which minimizes the risk of errors. It has streamlined our processes and made managing tours and reservations more efficient. While there are always areas for improvement, it has been a valuable tool for our operations.

Pros: The system is user-friendly and provides warnings when necessary, reducing the likelihood of errors.

Cons: While Intelitour has many great features, one aspect I find less favorable is that when a client books and future changes are needed, the system doesn't save a copy of the reserved itinerary. Once the client has paid, it's not possible to make iterations, so any changes require recreating the itinerary from scratch. However, overall, it has been a valuable tool for our needs, significantly speeding up the confirmation process.
