good overall, just couple of niggles sometimes but general use and adding our internals on is good

Pros

I like the ease of how we put our internals on and how we can have our own bank of flex staff that we can offer to regularly

Cons

staff being able to cancel at less than 24 hours notice and no punishment and we cant cancel a shift or staff less than 24 hours notice and we have to pay. Pictures not always uploading on our staff

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] at Indeed Flex is just fabulous. She takes the time to listen to our needs and get us the candidates we need. Indeed Flex has great processes and benefits for the candidate giving flexibility around university as an example and us as the hirer. I only use Indeed Flex. Great system to book and great communication.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. Great system and communication throughout.

When I started off using flex i was very impressed by what Flex bring to the table however as time has gone on they have deliberately ignored my repeated requests not to allocate people to jobs for me, i was told this was taken off multiple times. We have very specific job roles we need filling yet have the control taken away from us and as far as I can see this is only so that Flex can get the booking filled and then their cut- they have no interest in whether the person is suitable for the role, this has meant that despite the great potential Flex has I have had to take our business elsewhere

Pros

Large database of staff, easy to upload information to the portal, competitive rates, good fulfilment rate

Cons

Automatic accepting of applications despite repeated requests not to do so

we love using indeed flex, easy to use and fill shifts quickly, like the way we have options of them doing the work or we can ick from our pool.

Pros

easy to use, easy to add job roles to suit our business needs. shifts can be filled quickly. good customer service from area managers and help desk.

Cons

sometimes the wage rate can be pushed up higher than wanted to pay.

Pros

Reliable and easy to use! Love the fact that when or if an issue arises it is easy to connect to someone.

Cons

Timesheets- would be great if they could be printed out directly from the website rather then having to send yourself an email first.

Very smooth, we use the platform as per business demand for events. Easy to control check ins and clock out with the workers, and give you great flexibility to manage the business needs. Last minute bookings etc.

Pros

Easy to manage your bookings. from start to the invoice all the way. been working with our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\]. He came to site multiple times to check on us. whole service been great.

Cons

All has been great, can not think of anything to be fair! We will use it again in the near future for large events.

The Flex Plus platform is easy to use! Whenever I have a problem the support staff and our account manager is always there to help.

Pros

It is intuitive and clear. I like that when I do not have a particular person in mind for a shift, the platform will pick the person that is best suited for the event I am staffing for.

Cons

The Flexers (individual) are not in alphabetical order and that makes it harder to find a particular person, especially when trying to book them for a shift.

Cons

no major negatives to mention apart from one perhaps - on very rare occasions with last minute staff changes system would pick someone that hasn't been blocked but wasn't preferred options

Easy to use and straight forward. Always able to help with last minute requests.

Pros

Once the agency count has been imputed, Indeed is able to do the work for us; freeing more of our time.

Cons

The ability for staff to cancel their shifts last minute, leaving little to no time to find a replacement. Some staff arrived with little training- not able to clear (stacking plates) or giving people the incorrect meals based on their dietaries.

The overall experience with Flex Plus has been very positive. It has been in the business for 3 years now and engagement with the platform continues to improve. The QBRs with our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] (soon to be \[sensitive content hidden\]) are very useful and provide good insight, and we are working with Indeed Flex on an initiative to improve the calibre of candidates we receive through an company certified training module.

Pros

The ease of use, the accessibility for our hiring managers, and the support and communication from the account management team.

Cons

The only downside from my perspective is that there isn't complete coverage in all of the areas we operate, so there is a greater reliance on partner agencies or our sites have to go externally to other recruitment agencies.

Fantastic. Always there when we need it. Happy to help us whether we need one staff member or 10

\[sensitive content hidden\] - She is always on hand to help us. If we have a requirement for someothing outside of the box, she always finds a way. She has helped us build fantastic worker pools so the quality of staff we get is really strong. Meetings with \[sensitive content hidden\] are often face to face and she is passionate about helping us and also promoting her business. so its a perfect relationship. She gives us genuine advice on getting great staff as opposed to just simply filling the roles.

Cons

Of course when staff cancel last minute. However, \[sensitive content hidden\] supports us with how to respond to this and prevent it from happening in future.

Overall with the website being so easy to use, and team picking up last minute shifts when they are posted, I have found Flex to be much easier to use than any of the other agencies operating in Manchester.

Pros

I find the booking platform to be extremely beneficial, the ability to book online without having to make phonecalls and submit any documents is a real time saver. \[sensitive content hidden\] is also extremely helpful from the office and is in regular contact to see if he can assist further with any of our requirements. He is very good at building relationships and very patient when we are only able to provide last minute staffing requirements.

Cons

Standards of individuals isn't always very reliable, however we provide in-house training to any agency who work in the hotel so does not affect the process much here.

Historically we have always tried to stay away from using agencies, however my experience with Indeed Flex have completely changed my prospective for using external help when needed. Great competitive rates with hundreds of people to choose from. Online and on-site support has been second to none whenever needed, will strongly recommend for any type of business.

Pros

Really easy to navigate, user friendly platform and app. High number of experienced workers to choose from with ratings provided by different employers, which guarantees efficiency.

Cons

Not the easiest to cancel a shift which has been pre-booked.
