I have used Survey Noodle to gather feedback on meetings, ask about key topics of interest for engineering teams, and do soft employee engagement surveys. The action items that are supplied are a great way to ensure the results are heard. It has been a pleasure to use!

Pros

The ease of use to generate surveys based on any topic that I need. I don't need to spend time coming up with the questions but I do have the ability to fine-tune the end survey to match exactly what I am after with little effort.

Cons

I would like to see more clear label branding on survey links.

I have sincerely enjoy my use of SurveyNoodle. The team is quick to respond and I found the output generally useful and combined with AI chat feature, it ends up being best in class.

Pros

The quick responses from the tech team on both questions and feature enhancements.

Cons

Navigation around the site can be non-intitive at times.
