### "Simple Cloud-Based Radius and Certificate Management for cert-based Wi-Fi"

July 30, 2025

5.0

Overall, TecFac is very pleased with cloud Radius. It solved our need for a 100% cloud-based solution to securing Wi-Fi for our customers. We will continue to encourage our clients to deploy this solution.

Pros

Easy to implement, great customer service, and fully SaaS based solution to improving our client's wireless security with 802.1X based certificate Wi-Fi.

Cons

Their product documentation could be better. It needs to be updated a bit and could go into more depth.

### "SecuewW2 Successfully Supports the Oxford Global Resources Wireless Network"

January 2, 2026

5.0

They took very good are of us during the setup explaining each step of the way. The system has very good up time where we have yet to experience down time with our wireless network. And, they are very responsive when we reach out to them.

Pros

Integrated well with MS Intune and Okta, a very stable platform, and support tends to be very responsive.

Cons

They need to have an additional instance in the US East. They do though have instances in the US West and in Europe which is satisfactory.

### "SecureW2 JoinNow Higher Education"

April 3, 2026

5.0

We took 3-6 months to test and implement. After that we rolled it out to faculty first through JAMF certificates. Once that was completed we rolled it out to our students using the BYOD method to allow them to enroll their devices themselves.

Pros

We use SecureW2 JoinNow for our Higher Education institution. This means that we get to see the ease of use this product provides for our faculty, staff, and students. For our faculty and staff it allows for a touch-less and seamless connection experience to our network. This means more uptime in working hours and less downtime in working hours because of pesky personnel issues or user layer issues. Juggling passwords and certificates is a thing of the past with this SecureW2. For our students - this allows us to provide a simplified process for adding multiple device types to our network and authenticating them all. If we have trouble devices or trouble students we can monitor and track all of it. The ease of use means less issues to resolve and less support tickets to troubleshoot. All of which means less personnel to staff.

Cons

We had very few-if any- dislikes of the platform. We have had little to no issues using the platform that were platform based. Most of our issues have been user based issues.

### "Needs UIDs. Needs documentation."

November 1, 2024

2.0

If I had the chance to choose again, I would choose a RADIUS auth vendor that used Unique Identifiers for endpoints and could automatically remediate license issues.

Pros

It scales well. No issue with adding more devices.

Cons

Integration is lackluster. Documentation is bad.

### "Smooth Deployment and Easy Integrations make for a pleasant Solution"

April 14, 2026

5.0

Very happy with our experience so far, we just renewed for our second year and I am excited to work on further integrations. Every piece of setup from MDM connections to VLAN configs to device specific cert deployments has been very smooth!

Pros

The ease of deployment and onboarding. We had such smooth rollout our end users really didn't even notice a huge change. I also have to shoutout the support team, they are the best technical support team I've ever worked with.

Cons

I really don't have any major cons to highlight, if I had to call anything out specifically it would likely be around the Admin dashboards. I've gotten the hang of navigating them now but it takes a good minute to understand where certain settings and features live based on the SecureW2 Terminology.

### "Secured, complex but easy access to the Wi-Fi on endpoints devices."

June 4, 2025

4.0

Since implementing the SEcureW2 RADIUS Server with cloud PKI, our devices have connected seamlessly to the Wi-Fi without any issues. The system enables us to identify devices with company issued certificates and manage Wi-Fi access through the dashboard, which also allows us to review logs to ensure unauthorized devices are not granted access.

Pros

It delivers seamless Wi-Fi access to corporate devices with robust security, achieved through integration with other tools like Intune, Meraki, etc.

Cons

Its complex architecture makes self-configuration challenging without thoroughly reviewing the knowledge base or seeking support from the vendor.

### "SecureW2 Works as Advertised!"

April 2, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with SecureW2 has been positive. The onboarding engineer was very knowledgeable with the product was able to answer all of our detailed technical questions quickly. We were deploying certificates to our devices within the first day and has become a set it and forget it tool for us.

Pros

SecureW2 works as expected and has mostly become a set it and forget it solution for us. We use SecureW2 for wireless and wired 802.1x authentication which greatly increased our network security posture and allowed us to eliminate corporate wireless passwords for all of our office locations.

Cons

The reporting is unintuitive. I needed to open a support request in order to extract the data that I needed. The team responded quickly and was able to help me.

Alternatives considered

### "Well worth the money"

April 7, 2026

5.0

Very satisfied with the product as it allows us to byod with little effort versus having to manage multiple radius servers and the challenges of IoT devices joining the network.

Pros

Seamless experience to setup and get the product rolling. Support is top notch, hands down worth the investment.

Cons

The portal could be more intuitive, it's kinda confusing to figure out where things are. If you're multi tenant make sure you mention during the install, makes it easier.

April 7, 2026

Very useful integration tool. It allowed for new ways of securely connecting devices on our network and monitoring authentication.

Pros

Many ways to authenticate devices onto our network. Policies allow for flexible authentication as needed while also keeping our network secure.

Cons

### "Streamlined Network Management with Visual Insights"

May 6, 2026

5.0

Overall, I highly recommend W2. It has been extremely helpful in our workflow and increases peace of mind.

Pros

I like how SecureW2 offers such a broad array of services that cover everything from network configuration, device connection on-boarding to our network, and even down to MAC address reservation services. Once implemented, it saves your team time by putting the responsibility of getting certs on devices on to the user, instead of everything being administered by the IT team.

Cons

It's a double-edged sword, but some end users aren't tech-savvy enough to easily download the cert onto the device, which leads to some organizational confusion.

### "Super easy to manage users and devices"

November 8, 2024

5.0

Overall it is a solid tool with a few areas that could use more flexibility. Now that it is installed and our devices have been using it we feel more secure.

Pros

Super easy to manage users and devices, plus it keeps network security strong without a ton of hassle - simple, powerful and gets the job done! Integrates well with Azure AD.

Cons

Implementation could go smoother, it also lacks some customization options I'd like to see get deployed in the future.

### "Secure and Reliable with Top-Notch Support"

October 30, 2024

5.0

Altogether, my experience with JoinNow Cloud RADIUS has been fantastic. It’s a reliable, secure solution that has saved us time and effort. Once it’s set up, it just works in the background, which is exactly what we needed. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to boost network security.

Pros

What stands out most is the level of security JoinNow Cloud RADIUS provides. Using certificate-based authentication has made network access control much easier for us, and it’s perfect for our zero-trust setup. Another plus is how well it integrates with our existing systems, which makes it a flexible solution.

Cons

Setting everything up initially was challenging, especially without much experience, so their guidance was a big help. The admin portal could also be more modern and user-friendly, and it would be great if the reporting tools were a bit easier to work with for tracking licenses and stale devices.

### "Wonderful Solution for Cloud Environments "

November 6, 2024

5.0

It’s been extremely smooth overall. Implementation and deployment were a breeze, and it has yet to fail us. It made securing our local networks much easier than expected.

Pros

That it allowed us to easily implement WPA-Enterprise without the need for a physical RADIUS server.

Cons

The admin portal can be hard to navigate and find what you’re looking for.

### "Secure w2 certificates for phishing resistant BYOD entra authentication"

November 19, 2024

5.0

Very helpful support, reasonably priced, good and flexible product.

Pros

We are using it to secure BYOD laptops, and it works super smoothly. It integrates very easily with Entra id in 365, and allows us to require a certificate for all BYOD logins. It easily drops the user certificate onto the laptop, even if the user doesn't have admin permissions. It uses pure 365 CBA for login, securew2 is just there for enrolment and revoking the certificates, which it does very smoothly.

Cons

The only thing they could improve is the written support guides, but the support staff showed us everything we need to know.

### "Simplify Support with SecureW2"

November 4, 2024

4.0

SecureW2 JoinNow is a valuable tool in enhancing our security and keeping things simple for our end users. We see far fewer support requests with this tool in place and that alone is worth the cost of admission.

Pros

Secure W2 JoinNow streamlines access for your users in an enterprise environment, significantly reducing the support load for your team and eliminating the need for training, documentation and confusion for the end user.

Cons

Initial configuration and integration took some work, and licensing could be more streamlined to reduce cost.

### "SecureW2: Certificate Based WiFi Authentication"

November 5, 2024

4.0

My experience with SecureW2 has been mostly positive.

Pros

Cons

The initial configuration is not something that can be completed on your own.

### "Very good RADIUS solution with excellent support"

December 10, 2025

5.0

Deployment was easy with their onboarding team that walked us through the complete technical setup with our MDM (Intune) for both our Windows and macOS devices. When we added another MDM platform and new office site, their support was able to assist us and get everything working as expected. The platform overall works well if RADIUS authentication is your end goal and their support is fantastic.

Pros

The solution works and is compatabile with Windows and macOS devices. Deployment is easy and can be configured to work with most MDM platforms such as Intune, JAMF, or Kandji. Support if needed is excellent as well.

Cons

The administration portal seems a little outdated and could use a refresh. The device authentication history/event log could be a little easier to parse through and have some additional filters.

### "SecureW2 performs exceptionally"

November 19, 2025

5.0

SecureW2 is effectively solving the challenge of corporate wireless authentication by delivering a seamless, secure experience for end users. Its platform ensures that employees connect effortlessly without repeated logins or complicated configurations, while maintaining enterprise‑grade security standards. My experience with this product has been very positive!

Pros

SecureW2 is a rock-solid solution for network security and authentication. The product is reliable, easy to deploy, and performs consistently without hiccups. What truly sets it apart is the outstanding support and deployment team—responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring a smooth rollout. Overall, SecureW2 delivers both technical excellence and exceptional customer experience.

Cons

For our purposes of wireless authentication, I could find no issues at all—SecureW2 performs exceptionally. Any potential concerns others might raise, such as learning curve or configuration complexity, were fully addressed by the excellent deployment and support teams. In practice, the product has been seamless and dependable for us.

### "Powerful and seamless PKI and RADIUS in the cloud"

July 22, 2025

5.0

Integration and extensive live testing with a pilot group took about three months, but could have been done in a day. We really wanted to kick the tires and integrated with our MDM and network stack with cloud PKI and RADIUS.

Pros

With their PKI services, JoinNow is a turnkey approach that unifies the onboarding of both BYOD and institution owned devices to campus wifi.

Cons

Integration with MDM and PKI services can require the use of SecureW2 support to configure. But their support is top notch, knowledgeable, and willing to assist.

Seamless implementation and great support from the team in delivering the solution quickly within no interruption to the userbase.

Pros

November 13, 2025

5.0

Positive, the product works, the implementation team was knowledgeable and efficient, and the product does exactly what it advertised making our integration painless.

Pros

Ease of setup and maintenance. Compared to on prem solutions it was setup and deployed with far more efficient than solutions we were used to. We're expanding to integrate with other security tools, and the process is just a smooth.

Cons

What I liked least would have to be nitpicky as something this simple to configure and utilize as this doesn't have much to complain about.

Overall, the experience has been pretty reliable. Any new features require reading documentation and occasional communication with support, but it works well.

Pros

Reduced infrastructure burden from a cloud managed RADIUS service. Certificate-based Wi-Fi is more secure and the support for Cloud RADIUS is good. Scalability is good.

Cons

### "Makes secure wireless easy and reliable"

June 3, 2025

5.0

The staff has always been extremely knowledgeable, accessible, and they are able to help implement a complex technical solution with relative ease, even for a non-network engineer like myself.

Pros

Once the solution is configured, it is extremely easy to manage. Prior to implementing SecureW2, wireless access issues were one of our top ticketed items.

Cons

The portal can be a bit intimidating, but the support team is with you every step of the way to help you set up the system to meet your technical requirements.
