Super easy to manage users and devices, plus it keeps network security strong without a ton of hassle - simple, powerful and gets the job done. Integrates well with Azure AD.
From design to implementation and support, we had a great experience of onboarding the service and have seen the benefits of moving from a complex on prem PKI infrastructure to a cloud solution.
I love how JoinNow Cloud RADIUS makes authentication easy and secure, with smooth integration and minimal setup hassle. It’s reliable and takes the stress out of managing network access.
Cons
The admin portal can be hard to navigate and find what you’re looking for.
Only complaint is a refresh button is not available on all pages.
Terminology across the different products within the platform, and the overall UX is not modern which is contradictory to the offering they're providing.

"Great product and great vendor to work with"
Overall: They are one of our best vendors, and I'd highly recommend utilizing their services over a DIY model, if you have a primarily cloud-based infrastructure.
Pros: The implementation was quick and seamless; It was something that would've taken my team hours upon hours to set up manually.
Cons: There were a few snags when we tried to license out alternative certificates, but since initial resolution, it has yet to pop back up.
"Secure Authentication to Wired/Wireless devices"
Overall: From design to implementation and support, we had a great experience of onboarding the service and have seen the benefits of moving from a complex on prem PKI infrastructure to a cloud solution. The ease of management and integration to Microsoft Intune and Cisco has allowed for a smooth delivery.
Pros: Seamless deployment and integration with Microsoft Intune and Cisco Meraki services.
Cons: None at this stage due to the service fulfils the business requirements of providing a Cloud PKI solution which integrates with out existing services.
"Needs UIDs. Needs documentation."
Overall: If I had the chance to choose again, I would choose a RADIUS auth vendor that used Unique Identifiers for endpoints and could automatically remediate license issues.
Pros: It scales well. No issue with adding more devices.
Cons: Integration is lackluster. Documentation is bad.

Overall: Overall it is a solid tool with a few areas that could use more flexibility. Now that it is installed and our devices have been using it we feel more secure.

Cons: Implementation could go smoother, it also lacks some customization options I'd like to see get deployed in the future.
"Secure and Reliable with Top-Notch Support"
Overall: Altogether, my experience with JoinNow Cloud RADIUS has been fantastic. It’s a reliable, secure solution that has saved us time and effort. Once it’s set up, it just works in the background, which is exactly what we needed. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to boost network security.
Pros: What stands out most is the level of security JoinNow Cloud RADIUS provides. Using certificate-based authentication has made network access control much easier for us, and it’s perfect for our zero-trust setup. Another plus is how well it integrates with our existing systems, which makes it a flexible solution.
Cons: Setting everything up initially was challenging, especially without much experience, so their guidance was a big help. The admin portal could also be more modern and user-friendly, and it would be great if the reporting tools were a bit easier to work with for tracking licenses and stale devices.
"Wonderful Solution for Cloud Environments "
Overall: It’s been extremely smooth overall. Implementation and deployment were a breeze, and it has yet to fail us. It made securing our local networks much easier than expected.
Pros: That it allowed us to easily implement WPA-Enterprise without the need for a physical RADIUS server.
Cons: The admin portal can be hard to navigate and find what you’re looking for.

Pros: works without issue, had it for three years and never had downtime
Cons: it is a costly product so I would prefer if it was cheaper, sometimes support are not in my time zone which can make things trickly when it come to arranging a meeting

Pros: Very easy to deploy, low maintenance effort.

Overall: We had an excellent experience with SecureW2's services and support. The team provided outstanding assistance every step of the way, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. The SecureW2 support team is quick to respond, highly knowledgeable, and truly cares about providing a great user experience.
Pros: Their solution is incredibly easy to implement, and the setup process was smooth from start to finish.
Cons: The reporting module has potential for enhancement to offer even greater functionality and insights.

Overall: The overall experience has been a good one. It makes certificate-based authentication a breeze.
Pros: The ease of use of the product itself. It has a relatively simple setup that can be mirrored across tenants.
Cons: Sometimes the procedures can change without notice.
"Impressive product, more impressive service"
Pros: SecureW2's moden take on PKI has transformed our organisations certificate based authentication capabilities. It's ability to seamlessly integrate with modern device management platforms has enabled us to transition off legacy, active directory bound systems onto modern cloud native platforms. Additionally, SecureW2's service has been second-to-none. Upon hitting roadblocks, or finding gaps in their offerings, SecureW2 have quickly been able to help us through and introduce capabilities to meet our needs.
Cons: There is room for improvement in the UX experience for the administrator. Terminology across the different products within the platform, and the overall UX is not modern which is contradictory to the offering they're providing.
"Secure w2 certificates for phishing resistant BYOD entra authentication"
Overall: Very helpful support, reasonably priced, good and flexible product.
Pros: We are using it to secure BYOD laptops, and it works super smoothly. It integrates very easily with Entra id in 365, and allows us to require a certificate for all BYOD logins. It easily drops the user certificate onto the laptop, even if the user doesn't have admin permissions. It uses pure 365 CBA for login, securew2 is just there for enrolment and revoking the certificates, which it does very smoothly.
Cons: The only thing they could improve is the written support guides, but the support staff showed us everything we need to know.

Overall: JoinNow Cloud RADIUS offers a seamless and highly secure way to manage network access through cloud-based RADIUS authentication. Its user friendly interface and reducing credential-based issues was the reason we chose them.
Pros: The ease of implementation. We were up and running in 1 day.
Cons: Nothing at the moment the process was seamless and we have certificate-based wifi going.

Overall: SecureW2 JoinNow is a valuable tool in enhancing our security and keeping things simple for our end users. We see far fewer support requests with this tool in place and that alone is worth the cost of admission.
Pros: Secure W2 JoinNow streamlines access for your users in an enterprise environment, significantly reducing the support load for your team and eliminating the need for training, documentation and confusion for the end user.
Cons: Initial configuration and integration took some work, and licensing could be more streamlined to reduce cost.

Overall: Solid product with a good support team who worked with us to configure and roll the service out in the early days
Pros: Provides PKI and RADIUS as-a-service, removing the need for running and managing your own
Cons: Admin UI feels a little dated, but workable!

Overall: My experience with SecureW2 has been mostly positive.
Pros: SecureW2 provides a secure way to connect clients, via certificates, to wifi networks without the need to host your own RADIUS and CA server.
Cons: The initial configuration is not something that can be completed on your own.

Overall: Very good, When budget is an issue, Cloud Radius is a solution that can secure ones network.
Pros: The Portal for Admins is very simple and easy to use. Very easy to create policies and add/revoke certificates. was very quick to setup.
Cons: The website was slow sometimes. But that did not prevent us from doing our tasks.
"Planning your certificate goals for today and tomorrow"
Overall: Getting things like Wi-Fi certs set up for both Mac and Windows with the guidance of a very knowledge tech support staff achieved our goal of deploying to our endpoints quite quickly.
Pros: Ease of setup. Instructions were well documented, but also the technical support was top notch and guided us along through the process.
Cons: While secureW2 is very thorough in the solutions they offer, the cost was higher than most.
