It changed the way we will recruit for our restaurant forever. The quality of candidates we found so quickly blew our minds

Pros

The interface, ease of use and automation in the Applicant tracking system changed our recruitment (and our lives!) forever. We found highly qualified and motivated candidates in days, not weeks, and secured the right staff in unbelievably short time. It really was a gamechanger for us - no manual recruitment process needed, the automated flow and features are amazing - it took us 3 minutes to set up our job specs, it was posted everywhere and we saw qualified candidates flowing into the application in 24 hours. From there the interview process through to paperless onboarding was a breeze.

Cons

We quickly wanted to upgrade from the starter plan to a higher plan to get more value, but the upgrade process was a bit difficult. (This was fixed quickly though with great customer support)
