Cons The only thing that i like least about PaperStream is: Pro version is little expensive. Lacks Intuitive control over duplex scanning. Customers are open to it as a solid and reliable option that easily partners with CDW. Pros Cost / Licensing Model It’s subscription‑based (for Pro / Pro Premium), which adds annual cost. PaperStream Capture PRO Some users feel that for light use or small volume, the cost may not justify all of its advanced features. (There are free / lighter versions, but they are more limited.) Scanner / Device Compatibility Limitations Although it supports a wide variety of TWAIN‑compatible scanners, “there may be some limited functionality with TWAIN‑compatible devices.” For devices or scanners from other brands (non‑Fujitsu / Ricoh) you might run into driver issues or limited features.
