Very good. I was happy to help them write this review when they requested. I use about 6+ months already and have seen results and hood returns.

Pros

Useful and effective. Easy to use and if need help the staff are very responsive and helpful to us. They also help us do custom everything at the start so system is good to use for my business already. I highly recommend.

Cons

Wanted to do a specific thing for my crm setup but they mentioned it was outside what they can do but I understand. Nothing much to say about the bad side.

Very good will recommend. The platform is reliable and features are useful. Results very fast achieved. We never received support like this from our old vendors and software. Good value.

Pros

Platform is easy to use. I needed many things like CRM, booking and others and they have it all. This made it very efficient to manage our operations without having to jump between multiple systems. Their service was also very responsive and helpful every step of the way.

Cons

We did not get the automation feature at the start as we are new to it. But the team was very helpful in offering guidance and they gave us a free package to help us build the automation for us.

Highly effective, easy to use, saved me time and money. It is very useful to us as an SME.

Pros

The pricing and the range of tools. I was previously using salesforce small business crm suite, mailchimp email marketing, wix for website and hootsuite for social media but this replaced them all and helped us save time and quite a bit of money. Everything was synced automatically also so I didn't need to transfer contact data here and there anymore. The service from staff were good and fast too.

Cons

I do not really have anything negative to say. It was a bit confusing starting out because its an unfamiliar system but the UI was quite intuitive and the support from them was quick and it helped us get settled in rather quickly.

Pros

Super cost effective. It has almost everything my business needs to operate at a fraction of what it would have costed me with other platforms. It opened my eyes to digitalisation for my business.

Cons

No accounting integration but I know they are not an accounting software.
