Amazing. One of the easiest companies to deal with on the implementation side. SJ was at our side through the whole process and even politely nudged us to make sure we were doing our part to make the implementation a sucess.

Pros

The support and ease of setup. SJ made it very easy to get connected. From testing to pushing the changes to Production, easch step was simple.

Cons

We had a few special customizations that were required to make to work how we needed it to for some edge case order types

We rely on ShipJunction to run our Distribution Center fulfillment processes. The ShipJunction system keeps our business operating smoothly with very little downtime. The ShipJunction team stands by their product and offers excellent support. The ShipJunction team provided outstanding NetSuite implementation guidance and assistance, and they continue to support, develop, and improve their product well after go-live.

Pros

Seamless integration with NetSuite that is reliable and updates Item Fulfillment Records very quickly. Flexible with GS1 and Pack Manifest customizations. Reliable integration with FedEx, UPS, USPS carrier APIs. Flexible third-party and collect billing. Customizable shipping rules. Fast pack-verify. Fast label printing. Flexible LTL shipping. Great customer service.

Cons

It's so feature-rich and customizable, that keeping track of how everything works can be challenging, but ShipJunction has very good documentation and their customer support will answer questions politely and quickly.

From the outset, ShipJunction stood out as one of the few companies willing to customize their platform to meet our unique business needs, aligning perfectly with their mission to deliver tailored, efficient shipping solutions that eliminate unnecessary steps and costs. The platform’s robust feature set has significantly streamlined our fulfillment processes. ShipJunction’s automation capabilities, such as bulk label printing, algorithmic box assignment, and seamless integration with major have saved us countless hours and reduced labor costs. Their ability to generate branded packing slips, custom labels, and GS1-128 labels ensures our shipments are professional and aligned with our brand identity, enhancing the customer experience. The system’s real-time tracking and analytics dashboards provide actionable insights into shipping performance, allowing us to optimize routes, reduce transit times, and cut shipping cost. Cons

There is nothing I dislike about Ship Junction except for the old user interface. This is no longer an issue and the UI is now excellent.

ShipJunction was very easy for us to implement and use. Their service and support have been outstanding. They are a great partner to work with, and we all know them on a first-name basis. They are affordable and have seamlessly adapted to our volume growth over the last several years.

Cons

I do not have any "cons" to say about ShipJunction. There may be an opportunity to improve some reporting features, depending on what we are trying to research.

A great experience from the first call. Their team is responsive, easy to talk to, always available, willing to go above and beyond for us in times of need and have been an amazing partner over the last 10+ years.

I can honestly say I have no cons about SJ. Without Shipjunction would would not have been able to execute a successful ecommerce system.

SJ team is always improving and is always on top of any issues we come across. issues always get resolved as quick as possible.

Pros

Made our process for shipping much faster that our older process we used to use. Shipjunction has made it so much easier in just a couple of clicks.

Cons

No complaints. Everything works as it should 100% cant complain. \[sensitive content hidden\] is always there to resolve any issues we come across.

Our experience with ShipJunction has been excellent. They’ve supported us for over a decade, adapting alongside our business as we shifted from B2C to B2B. The platform is powerful, flexible, and integrates seamlessly with NetSuite, allowing us to handle a high volume of shipments with a lean team. Most importantly, their customer support is truly exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. ShipJunction feels more like a partner than a vendor.

Pros

Best customer service we’ve experienced, hands down. The ShipJunction team has been incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We had some very specific needs that required custom development, and they absolutely nailed it. Setup was painless, the system works great, and we’ve seen real improvements in shipping speed and error reduction. Highly recommended if you want a flexible solution backed by a team that actually cares.

Cons

There’s not much to dislike. Like any robust platform, there’s a learning curve at the beginning—especially when setting up custom workflows—but their support team made that process smooth. Occasionally we’ll run into something unique to our business model, but they’re quick to respond and always willing to dig in and find a solution.

We are very satisfied, and would definitely recommend. Whenever changes we were able to do so with minimal disruption or issues.

Pros

It was easy to set up relatively speaking, and the staff is very knowledgeable of the product. It does whatever we need it to do.

Cons

Somewhat pricey compared to cheaper alternatives, but you get what you pay for I guess. We continue to enhance the way we use the software to get more value.

Pros

Ship Junction is very efficient, always responsive, and easy to use with multiple users working simultaneously.

Cons

I don't like the new view, it is not as easy to navigate. I'd also like to see monthly reports in addition to daily and weekly reports.

after an upgrade for zip codes the system became difficult. In terms of adding boxes to shipments when needed.
