Pros The culture of the organization, the speed how they develop their product and the focus to the customer. They do what customers needs in reality, not in theory. Cons Some smaller adjustments needed in some functions, e.g. CBAM forecasting or others. They are open for such feedback and working with prioritizes. Es macht einfach Spaß, täglich mit Tacto zu arbeiten und Teil dieser Entwicklung zu sein. Pros Was mir an Tacto am besten gefällt, ist die sehr starke Kundenorientierung. Auf Herausforderungen und Probleme der Kunden wird gezielt und lösungsorientiert eingegangen. Man hat nie das Gefühl, allein gelassen zu werden. Im Gegenteil, Tacto ist sehr nah am Kunden. Besonders positiv ist auch, dass Tacto Kunden miteinander vernetzt und den Austausch untereinander aktiv fördert. Dadurch entstehen wertvolle Einblicke, neue Ideen und echte Mehrwerte für den eigenen Einkauf. Diese Kombination aus persönlicher Betreuung, offener Kommunikation und praxisnahen Lösungen hebt Tacto deutlich von anderen Anbietern ab. Cons Es gibt nichts, was mir an Tacto nicht gefällt.
