El soporte por WhatsApp es rápido y en español, sin rodeos. Para alguien que no es muy de sistemas, eso marca la diferencia. Me siento acompañada cuando tengo dudas. Pros Empecé con una sola tienda de abarrotes y fui abriendo dos más en municipios cercanos a Puebla. Cuando tuve la tercera ya no me alcanzaba la vista para saber qué pasaba en cada una. Con Pulpos veo el inventario, las ventas y los cortes de las tres tiendas desde mi celular. Mis encargadas hacen su cierre de turno y yo lo reviso sin tener que ir. Cons Quisiera poder personalizar más los reportes por categoría de producto. Para abarrotes con alta rotación a veces necesito cortes más específicos.
