Great onboarding experience. Multiple hours spent with all to get a good understanding of the system. They technician frequently let me know that they are really enjoying many areas of the system like the ability to request parts from their work stations.

Pros

We are fairly new and learning daily, but the thing we like the most is it removes the ability for technicians to clock into "nothing" while still receiving pay.

Cons

There are a couple of things we don't like but they are being worked on. Things like custom fees, the ability to accurately charge for sublet repairs, and custom premissions.

During my initial inquiries, every other company attempted to shove features down my throat. The only thing I wanted to hear about was how do you handle shops with multiple locations. \[sensitive content hidden\] paid attention to my requests and we built our relationship from there.

Shopview has allowed us to organize our shop and the the workflow alot better and allowed everyone to be able to see what is going on and what needs to be down without the very unproductive conversations several times a day.

Pros

By far one of the best features in shopview is the aid of AI that no one else it doing. Weather it is helping the techs create a professional sounding story or helping the service writer explain to the customer why they should do curtain repairs to helps everyone in the company do the best job and provide the best experience to the customer

Cons

Honestly there isnt any cons to using shopview. Compaired to the other software companies on the market this is the most user friendly and shows you everything you need right where it should be!

I have great experience with this software. There are multiple things to explain that really describes all the qualities of this software. Easy to use, helping , excellent customer service, well parts management .

Pros

It is amazing app that assist to maintain data and management of parts simple and accessible. I am really into this software as it had advanced features that brings so much to our company.

Cons

There is nothing to say. So far I am satisfied with the service and also one thing that messenger helping me like a 24/7 friend.

It has been a pleasure learning ShopView and meeting with customer service reps. They are very knowledgeable in there software.

Pros

Ive used several different shop softwares. No pressure to purchase once i contacted ShopView. Customer service and scheduled meetings are very good time managed and not in a rush to get you off the phone. If there is a bug or something you think should be different, they are willing to try to accommodate your request. Once you learn the system it is very easy to use. Auto fill is a bonus. I can access from anywhere ive been in the 3 months using ShopView.pricing is comparable with most other software and cheaper than some others as well.

Cons

As most, the price could be lower. Lol. So far i have no complaints. As I am not tech savy. Customer support gets me through.

The ShopView team made transitioning software easy. Support is readily available for any questions. Software is easy to use. Win all around

Pros

The customer support team is AMAZING. Techs can input their stories making billing so much faster. Tracking inventory is easy. Computing technician payroll is a time saver.

Cons

Honestly, I was skeptical of the "ease of use" sales pitch. But it delivers everything that they promise. Would like to see more reports on inventory.

It's been a wonderful and collaborative experience. It's an easy system for new employees to learn and the integration with QBO has been super helpful.

Pros

Parts entry is super easy. Their customer support is wonderful. They are growing and advancing alongside our company. The QBO integration makes it fit wonderfully into our existing record keeping programs.

Cons

Like all programs, there are some functionality and bugs that need improvement. The team is always fast to respond to any concerns and prioritize functionality that's important to our operation.

The best part of the whole experience is the person in charge of my integration let me test the software in its entirety, for has long as I needed. Fullbay did not want me to test beforehand , that only made me choose Shopview. If I find a bug or a problem, there is always someone in the chat ready to help.

Pros

The customer service is the best part of the whole program. The monthly fee is very affordable. The program works on all platforms. The customer service is open to all changes or modifications you need for the software.

Cons

I run a small engine shop, of which the software was not design for me, but slowly the team is making the necessary changes. If your in Canada, you have to pay in US currency.

Pros

The entire staff from sales to ownership are friendly and accessible. Training is thorough and proactive. Product usability is intuitive and easy to implement and roll out.

Cons

I would like to see more API connectivity with other business applications we are using but as I understand it they are rolling out more such capabilities in the coming months.

Our overall experience with shop view has been great and the customer support is amazing!The program is fast and haven't experienced any tech issues. Huge thank you to our Client Success Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] , he is very attentive and explains the program in a way that is easy to understand.

Pros

These ease of use is great for someone who inst too tech savy. Customer support has been great thanks to our Client Success Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] (he's the bestest) So far the value for money has been great haven't ran into any bugs or issues. We havent used it much on mobile so cannot speak on that part. Invoice management has been a breeze and it is great for building estimates and getting customer approval on estimates. Great for keeping track of customers and fleet vehicles that we work on. Fast Program!

Cons

So far there are no cons really just a few features we wish they would implement, such as getting vehicle information from a License Plate and vendor connection so we would have to copy part numbers and prices.

Their onboarding team was in touch throughout the entire process and provided one on one training over a few different sessions. I worked with \[sensitive content hidden\] during my training sessions and that guy is an absolute Rockstar! He went over every detail from top to bottom with clear explanations and real life situations.

Pros

Shop view is the most user friendly platform I have utilized in a very long time. The search function within the platform is my absolute favorite tool.

Cons

That we didn't join sooner, This platform is going to streamline countless processes that we currently have in place and increase our productivity tenfold.
