Recently our employee has had two accidents on 40 days and each time he didn't alert us at the time. Pros Ease of ordering and getting the product here quickly. Then the salesperson hooked me up with their installation company, who did a great job. Customer service and the on boarding were amazing. They also assigned us a customer service representative who we will have as long as we are using their service. Value and service has already paid gor it self, two days after the install we had damage to the van and it was all caught on camera. Cons Getting set up without a few details. However our customer service representative fixed it quickly. Pros The sales plus the tech group all have one thing in common. The staff makes sure your questions are answered, and if you have a problem they will help solve it for you. Cons I wish Brickhouse would make a smaller version of their GPS. Something close to the type sold in Walmart.
