She's been extremely helpful in taking care of all my questions and going the extra mile to provide top notch customer service. Pros Great product at a great price. The subscription can get pricey, but it's worth it for what you are getting. Especially if you get the insurance that covers replacement. Cons I have no complaints about the product or customer service. Any time I have a need, it is taken care of promptly. It would be nice to have a longer battery life in a smaller package, but that's not really a "con" on the product itself. As I add vehicles, I add BH units. I highly recommend. Well worth the price point. Pros Easy to install. Easy to navigate App. Easy to add units. Easy to label units so you know which one you need. Cons If I had to complain it would be when I had a battery changed and the technician didn’t connect it back to the battery. If it would let me know would be nice. But I don’t hold that against BH. I have always gone back to Brickhouse for a specific reason. I own a private investigator company, and when I need something, Brickhouse ships it right now. Pros The sales plus the tech group all have one thing in common. The staff makes sure your questions are answered, and if you have a problem they will help solve it for you. Cons I wish Brickhouse would make a smaller version of their GPS. Something close to the type sold in Walmart. It didn’t take more then 10 min in each tracker to get it talking to my brickhouse app. Cons It was a little difficult making a platform switch after I ordered more trackers. But all is good now. My sales rep was informative and recommended a great tracker based on my usage. Pros It’s very accurate and provides a lot of information. I like that it shows the speed, distance traveled, and harsh braking. Also shows how long the vehicle has been parked which is very nice. There’s also different views you can see the map so things look more accurate. Cons No cons that I can think of honestly. Maybe if certain things were a bit easier to access. Like there’s a separate app within the app where I’m able to see the harsh braking but I feel like there’s really no need for that separate app if you can incorporate that into the main app, but then again maybe I’m just not using it completely right.
