Overall, it’s been very positive. Our team really likes the tool since it saves us a ton of time and notice way more reviews coming in. The integration was key and couldn’t have gotten it done without their support.

Pros

Repnovo makes it easy to keep up with reviews across all our locations. The dashboard is simple and the AI features save us a ton of time. The Square integration for auto requests helps us bring in more 5 star reviews consistently.

Cons

Nothing major so far. Requested a feature that is already in their pipeline and confirmed to be released in 2026.

Overall, it’s been very positive. Repnovo helps us stay on top of reviews for multiple clients without jumping between a bunch of tools. Our clients are happy because they see more good reviews coming in, fewer negative ones going public, and better responses going out. The team behind it is helpful, responsive, and open to feedback - you feel like a real person is paying attention.

Pros

I use Repnovo for my agency and for our clients, and it honestly makes review management way easier. We can send review requests, see all reviews in one place, and reply quickly or automatically with their AI agent feature. Clients like the reports because they’re simple to understand. I also really like that the team keeps improving the platform. They roll out updates often and actually listen when you suggest new features or enhancement's and as an agency owner that was super important to us when choosing a tool.

Cons

It took me a little bit of time to decide what I actually needed to use day to day. Once you get past that, it’s great. There’s a lot of features and customizations which is nice.
