Llevo más de 7 años siendo clienta y lo recomiendo a empresas que quieran tener un solo sistema para la administración de sus negocios de retail o servicios. Calidad-Solución-Precio vale la pena.

Pros

Puedes usar el ERP de manera remota, acceso al día del inventario y se contecta con shopify. Se conecta también a la facturación electrónica en Panamá y el servicio técnico es casi instantáneo.

Cons

Nos falta un manual escrito de la parte contable para estar bien seguros de los pasos y así podemos trabajar más expedito en caso de dudas.

En términos generales es un sistema muy bueno corregir pequeños detalles para q funcione a la perfección

Pros

Es muy fácil de entender para cualquier usuario

Cons

Hay desarrollos q normalmente deberían venir incluidos y se deben pagar Ejm los inventarios no muestran diferencias para ajustar manualmente si no q se ajustan automáticamente

Llevo 6 años con switch y el crecimiento ha sido mutuo, siempre han innovado y agregado nuevas funciones para ir de la mano con la empresa, escuchando las necesidades que se nos presentan en el dia a dia, buscando solcuiones sin perder esa faclidad de uso que los caracteriza.

Pros

El sistema es facil de utilizar en practicamente todas las funciones que tiene. Muy amigable para los usuarios nuevos.

Cons

En algunas ocasiones al tener mucha información se tarda mucho en bajar los reportes. Seria bueno tener reportes dentro del mismo sistema para no tener que trabajar algunas cosas luego en excel.
