Boardwise hat eine sehr gute Aktzeptanz im Unternehmen gefunden. Alle Daten befinden sich in einem Tool, es gibt keine manuellen Prozesse mehr. Man hat einfach mehr Struktur.

Pros

Man hat durch Boardwise eine große Zeitersparnis. Es ist so einfach die Agenda zu verändern, Topics auf die nächste Sitzung zu verschieben oder die Presenter über ihre Zeitslots zu informieren. Es macht richtig Spaß damit zu arbeiten!

Cons

Es dauert eine Weile, um die Komplexität des Systems zu durchschauen, dies gelingt einem nur, indem man damit arbeitet.

Boardwise has significantly optimized our meeting processes, offering flexibility, transparency, and time-saving features. It's been a valuable tool for managing both small and international meetings.

Pros

Boardwise excels at improving the efficiency and transparency of meeting management. It allows easy tracking of tasks across departments and provides a centralized platform for all meeting-related materials. The intuitive agenda management feature makes it simple to shift items and adjust time slots.

Cons

We use the minutes functionality a bit differently but that is our own choice. The assignments are not 100% flexible in usage (comments for a Planner if the Planner close the assignment).
