We do not have a large technology staff and prior to using bTrade had to use drop box for external file exchanges and teams/SharePoint for internal within our company. One of our clients during discussions mentioned that they were using bTrade and shared their web interface to send them files. The interface was really easy and intuitive to use and we were interested. We asked the client for the introduction to bTrade and recently purchased the product. Wow would be an understatement of how we feel about having purchase it. First of all, bTrade offered a very fair pricing, negotiation and closing the deal was a breather. While in the process of designing use cases for our needs, they also helped us with a few infrastructure and security related tasks. When we purchased the product, we immediately got license and the installation package for our Windows server. Installation really took a few minutes and following tailored user guide and with bTrade in the meeting we were able to setup and configure all necessary exchange points in a matter of a few hours. It took our technology staff a few hours to be fully comfortable with navigation of the menu and understanding all functionality. Pros Extremely easy to use, install literally takes a few minutes and to configure most of the use cases for novices can take an hour or 2 at maximum. A few more hours and we’re fully comfortable navigating and using the application on our own. bTrade also took time to understand our requirements and came up with documentation on how to specifically setup all different scenarios. Cons Nothing, it’s so easy to use and it just works and offers so many layers of security. Since we always turn to bTrade for data security, we contacted them for help. The client uses their own cloud infrastructure, and we installed bTrade’s TDXchange on it. The setup was super simple and only took a few minutes. bTrade also provided documentation tailored to the client’s needs, which was easy to follow. TDXchange has been a great solution. It’s easy to use, doesn’t require many resources, and offers a lot of useful features. It integrates with almost everything, the logs are easy to understand, and it has flexible alert options. Plus, it uses the latest security to keep the client’s data safe. We were also able to connect TDXchange with the product we developed for the client, including AI for data analysis and their SIEM system for security monitoring. Overall, TDXchange has worked perfectly for our client. Pros What I like the most about TDXchange is how easy it is to use and how well it works for different needs. It supports both small and large file transfers, and the setup is simple and quick. The dashboard makes it easy to see everything happening, and the logs help to track all activities. I also like that it integrates with other systems and offers advanced security to protect data. The retry and alert features are very helpful, especially when something goes wrong, as it ensures that nothing is missed. Overall, it is a reliable and flexible solution that meets many requirements. Cons It supports Oracle, MSSQL, and H2 databases, but I think there is also a need for MySQL and PostgreSQL, which bTrade plans to add in early 2025.
