very happy so far- hopefully it will boost clinic sales once all automations are in order. it is good that all leads are divided in separate sections

streamlining and visualisation. ease to move appointments and different login details for different team members

Cons

i dont think it is syncing well with dentally- should be able to update in case any patient is booked and attends appointment- i think we still have to update manually is a patient actually attends- i may be wrong though- also- integration with \\tiktok- is a concern.

It has been great so far, and I am still learning how to use it. It is very user friendly. Also each user has their own log in details.

Pros

This will help us track new leads, move them through different stages, and bring all leads from different platforms into one place.

Cons

As it integrates with Voice Stack, once a call is made it should automatically move to the next stage. It would also be helpful to have a snooze option, so when it’s due, it appears in the “Things to Do” list.

Very delighted with Boxly all our enquiries in one place from our socials, emails and whatsapp, very easy to use, no leads lost or misplaced, picks everything up from dentally will be great to see the financial benefits in due course regards to our marketing. \[sensitive content hidden\] is most helpful and full of energy really east to speak with and most importantly very friendly. Highly recommended after using several CRM systems.

Lead Management and Customer Support from \[sensitive content hidden\] was exceptional service. Vey easy to use and straight forward, great value for money.

Nothing at present, still coming to grips, the training provided was excellent and we are able to review all the training taken place at our own leisure.

Admin team has been fantastic and checking up with support and help. We had our handler changed and it took off smoothly. Very professional and good level of experience and knowledge to problem solve.

Pros

The flow work set for each patient that moves accross. The integration to dentally. The ease it will make to follow up patients and check the previous conversations.

Cons

The ai bot isnt as advanced as i thought it would be. Seems there is only click button options to reply. If someone wanted to suddenly ask about another topic I dont see how they can do. Maybe they have to refreshen the page to start the chat again.

The email marketing suite is not easy to handle. It would be great if Boxly helped with the generation of new leads. The bot is not responsive.

A really positive experience. A very smooth and easy transition. Across six sites training was delivered well, and prompt action is taken whenever we have any issues.

Pros

We have been really pleased with Boxly since moving over from another lead management system. A user friendly dashboard, and brilliant customer service. Each and every question we have had has been answered promptly

Cons

We have not encountered anything negative to date. We have been using the system now for 3months and all teething issues sorted promptly.

Overall, we have had a good experience with Boxly. Help is there when required, we have has significant training and boxly ai really helps with halving the work load for our treatment co-ordinators

Pros

Boxly is very good for lead management and makes it so much easier to manage all of the dental practice ad leads in one place.

Cons

we would say the WhatsApp system is not so convenient as we are unable to actually send whatsapps as seamlessly as we would like - the WhatsApp management only allows us to send messages if the person replies within 24 hours. Sometimes this is not the case so it can be quite inconvenient

We’ve tried several different CRMs over the years, and Boxly is by far the most intuitive, reliable, and effective platform we’ve ever used—it’s made a noticeable difference to our workflow.

Pros

Automations of emails and tasks has really helped to streamline our workflow, makes it incredibly easy to follow up on enquiries efficiently without missing any, and there are definitely opportunities that we would have missed out on without Boxly.

Brilliant from start to finish. Yolandi is amazing, really patient, knowledgeable and has been there every step of the way for me. Nothing is too much trouble. The after service is just as great as the onboarding!

Pros

Thorough training and their understanding of our processes. After service is great. Operationally, the platform has halved our administration work and we have far more transparency on our leads and their origins, etc.

Cons

Social media - likes or replies to stories from our followers come in as a lead and can skew our reporting. I know this is something Boxly is working hard on but for now I have toggled it off.

I've really enjoyed seeing boxly grow. The AI features are nifty and the team is very responsive. We're finding our sales pipeline is much smoother and has more oversight than when we were relying on manually looking at calls and emails.

Pros

I love the integration between boxly and enquirybot - this has began to capture 50% of our leads. I also love the fact that we can automate email & sms right away to people that message - this is key to converting leads we've spent time and money gaining.

Cons

It can be challenging to figure out where ROI is coming from via the reports - probably due to lack of functionality on our end. If there was a way for boxly to interpret and segment sources (per page, ad campaign etc) so that we know what's performing best in terms of conversions, that would be helpful.
