very pleasant and informative. staff were always very helpful, promptly respond and always do their best to resolve any and every issue raised.

Pros

allows for a very high level of organisation when dealing with new customer enquiries from a multitude of channels. easy to use and intuitive

Cons

some aspects were a little complicated when dealing with facebook and whatsapp channels

Nothing major - there is now a mobile app which was the main issue but now fixed.
