Dasha is a voice-AI-as-a-service developer platform for building flawless, low-latency, ultra-realistic voice AI agents. Using Dasha you can create a conversational experience that is natural, intuitive, and engaging. You can in turn embed the voice experience capabilities into your app, product or telephone environment. Dasha can hold a conversation with you, ask questions, or help you or your company complete tasks that can be and should be automated. To sound indistinguishable from a human, Dasha uses Large Language Models (LLMs), text-to-speech (tts) and speech-to-text (stt).

"Game-Changer for Streamlining Advertising and Customer Interactions"

Overall: Overall, Dasha has been a game-changer for our advertising efforts at LeadCast. It streamlined the entire process, allowing us to scale without increasing overhead. By automating customer calls and handling inquiries with precision, it's helped us focus more on campaign strategy rather than customer service logistics. It's reliable, efficient, and a valuable asset for our team.

Pros: Dasha's ability to automate calls and handle customer interactions with minimal oversight is impressive. It has essentially replaced the need for a traditional call center, saving us time and resources. The integration with our advertising efforts has been seamless and efficient.

Cons: There was a bit of a learning curve initially, and some minor technical glitches. However, the support team was quick to address them, and now it runs smoothly.

"Flexible, powerful, and profitable!"

Overall: We've scaled our usage of Dasha to hundreds of thousands of automated phone calls per month, generating an entirely new revenue stream for our business. The Dasha team has been an excellent partner and supported us along the way. We're now investing significantly more resources into building an entire team around further deepening our integration and making big strategic bets on AI-powered voice agents.

Pros: The Dasha SDK is extremely flexible, allowing us to integrate it natively with our own core products to bring our technology into phone calls. The built-in support for LLM-based conversations has also empowered us to shift workload from human agents to the AI agent.

Cons: The GUI/portal based tools need further development, but the Dasha team has been very responsive to feedback. I wish there were better voices out of the box.
