Overall is good. Because once I get issues the support navigates me how do I need to do. Super helpful.

Pros

Customer support is great. Professional and knowledgeable to help. We started use the service as a beta user since last summer.

Cons

Once my tenant pays rent, I can easily track the lease, payments, and all chats. Happy with that platform so far.

I used DoorLoop, Stessa, Avail, and of course Excel sheet in the previous, i was not happy with limited functions or poor customer support. I started to use MagicDoor around March 2024, I am quite happy with this AI PM software, there are 2 -3 times i have some questions around the signing and accounting, their cusomter support helped me solve the issues right away.

Pros

I like MagicDoor's AI automation a lot, as it really helps me on rent collection, communication with tenant and handling maintenance requests.

Cons

MagicDoor is for long term rental, and we are thinking about entering Airbnb/ short term rental business, I wish MagicDoor can support short term rental in the future.
