Pros Que en una sola plataforma tienes toda la información sobre el cliente y los candidatos y se facilita el proceso de contratación y al mismo tiempo puedes medir tiempos de respuesta de tu equipo. Cons Me gustaria que se pudieran filtrar las vacantes cerradas y las abiertas. Y que no se pueden publicar en diferentes bolsas de trabajo al mismo tiempo. La facilidad de permitir contactar a los candidatos y que con un clic se pueda direccionar a WhatsApp o correo para mandar mensajes.
