Previously, most of our communication with clients and vendors, including critical files such as invoices and shipping requests were handled via email. This left us vulnerable to delivery failures and potential security risks. One of our technology partners recommended bTrade, and it turned out to be the perfect match for our needs. We don’t have a tech team or infrastructure, we needed a fully managed SaaS solution, and bTrade’s TDCloud delivered exactly that. Pros TDCloud provides a user-friendly web interface, making it easy for our non-technical clients and partners to securely log in and exchange files. It also supports ad-hoc file sharing with non-registered users, which has been a game-changer. For our more advanced needs, TDCloud offers seamless integrations with other cloud solutions and applications for programmatic data exchange. One feature that’s been particularly useful is the Outlook plugin, AttachGuard. It automatically secures email attachments and transmits them through TDCloud, eliminating the need for manual logins while ensuring secure file exchanges directly from our inbox. Cons It would be great if TDCloud included an AI chatbot to assist us with performing certain operations and help with some specific questions. However, we’re aware that bTrade is already working on integrating this feature in future updates.
